  everything has been going well for me for awhile until tonight.

  mom calls and announces she can no longer talk with me.

  i'm sad because i don't get to see mom and dad or my little neice that's sierra's age.

  as a teenager i read the following books in school that i feel had a profound effect on me and my character building.

  a man for all seasons by robert bolt (a play) .

  to kill a mockingbird by harper lee.

  I read so many books, it's difficult to Decide. I read "Macolm X" by Alex Haley many years ago. It made me realize the JWs aren't the only Cult around. So many similarities.

  a jw that i engaged in a series of debate finally posed this question.

  i can see that he is running out of his "canned" answers and he wants to defend his organization desperately or he doesn't want to admit that he is dead wrong.

  so he uses this faulty logic to depend his belief system.

  Feeling very depressed

  it has been awhile since my last post, my husband and i have been very busy.

  we are both back in college, very exciting and life is moving in a positive direction.

  it is break between semesters and i have time to slow down and think.

  It gets better with Time. It takes a while to fill in the missing spaces with new friends. Sometimes a little professional help is Advisable.

  i have just received the transcript of the disfellowship appeal meeting from a person i know from a recording he took.

  it is quite typical in the condescension of the elders.

  unfortunately he did not record the initial meeting.

  If you "Dis" the Elders, you have committed the unforgivable sin. Most JWs don't know this until it happens.

  january 5 2007 marks the 8th anniversary of the date i attribute to my leaving the jehovahs witnesses.

  because so few people sign the blood card.

  I was always fairly progressive with my children when I was a JW but I Still have regrets. I couldn't even Imagine having to live with something like this! Perhaps we'll hear from the family someday.

  i went to a leather clothes shop to buy something.
