ok i have been a bit quiet the past couple of days as life has been manic.. i was on tv this week doing an interview and then in the newspapers the following morning, unfortunatly nothing jw related but i have my plans for that, http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/articles/3759460?source=evening%20standard i am the guy getting on the train and there is a bit about me nearer to the bottom.. i sent a letter to the elders of my old congregation, i have been out for about a year now and feel i need some sort of closure.

there are some very sore points for a lot of people in the congregation including my step father and it may cause a few problems.

naturally i was concerned that this may get "swept under the carpet" in true jw style so i sent it to random members of the congregation (put at the bottom of the letter cc various congregation members" this will throw the elders into confusion) and london and ny bethels.

Does Everybody turn our okay after leaving?

i am curious... do you know some that have left the truth that become "worse" people?

for years i would hear about some who left the truth and rumours how they are on drugs, in jail, etc.

and many bros and sis would say, "you might as well go out in the world and do all the bad stuff..cuz you're dead at armaggedon!".

It all works out in its funny little way as life does. Unfortunatly it is made harder for us as we have had something that was our life or world. I for one know that I went through some real crap after I left, had a really rough time and wondered if I had made the biggest mistake of my life, after about 7 months my whole life changed in the most amazing way. I can honestly say that I have never been happier than I am now. ALL the people I know that have left have had similar experience.

i need some reassurance here !.

i spoke to my aunt the other day who has been out of the borg for about 20 years now.

she told me that she is really worried about world events and feels that this is it now, the un is going to crumble and then armageddon is going to come.

I spoke to my aunt the other day who has been out of the borg for about 20 years now. She told me that she is really worried about world events and feels that this is it now, the UN is going to crumble and then armageddon is going to come. She sounded really worried and not her normal self, was talking about cashing in stuff and enjoying the money and things like that.

I know I dont believe their crap but I am a bit worried after that conversation ? I seem to remember them saying something about the UN failing and armageddon coming ! can anyone quash these fears ?

I also e mailed copies of the letter to everyone on the mailing list of a certain brother who has been spamming with a lot of his boring witness stories, some unwholesome replies to that I can tell you.

I AM HERE !!!!!

How cool, I go quiet for a couple o' days and people post messages asking after me, I am so touched, I am loved after all !

Sorry have not been on for a few days but work has been so busy and I have not much felt like even touching the pc when I get home. Although I have had some fun ! As Chevy knows I wrote a five page letter to some elders of my old cong, just a closure really, there are a lot of issues in there which are probably going to stir up some trouble, I also to ensure it was known about forwarded it to the parents of the people concerned and other members, the society and e mailed it bulk to about 20 witnesses e mail addresses.

I am really beginning to feel like an apostate ha ha, just kidding, it was for my own personal reasons I did this.

I was also on TV last week doing an interview and in the papers the next day........fame is getting to me, so I now find it harder to talk to all you lesser mortals. I am expecting a call from Steven Spielburg, he wants to do a movie on my life. Ha just kidding again, was on TV and the papers but it was nothing major http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/articles/3759460?source=Evening%20Standard it shows me getting on the train and there is me talking at the bottom.

Looking at a house tommorow morning, the barn in appledore, sounds so so nice but will have to wait and see. Appledore is a really nice rural part of the area, it is also the home to a jw who is also a rapist as it was discovered in the local press this week.

I remember when I was a kid me and my mum were going down to Devon or somewhere and waiting for the coach at Victoria, London a guy approached us spurting something about christ. I naturally being the prepared little JW I was gave him a panda tract and told him to read the bible...........to my amazment he said he didnt need to read the bible as HE was Jesus !

I was well confused !!!!
