Did Morrissey go too far this time?

Hey Gadget!
by shera injust to let everyone who doesn't know yet,how sweet gadget is,he sent me a bottle of scotch whiskey.
it came today and i'll be looking forward to drinking some later on or this weekend!.
anyone know a good mix for this kind of whiskey,its called teachers highland creame.. thanks again and *hugs* to you!

No offense to Gadget but... Teachers isn't the kind of whisky that needs handled with kid gloves. Shera, try it with ginger ale. If it was chilly I'd say Crabbies Green Ginger wine, but it's a bit warm now for that.

Which men / lads here cry when listening to music / watching films?
by Celtic inyou know how some of us guys have to put on a bit of an act sometimes, we have to set our faces into our coping scowl, but underneath, we're too well aware of just how soft we are?
well.. what music to the big guys here only, not you wimpy bunch, brings a tear to your eye or which films is it that you need to keep a box of tissues handy by you to wipe away the dampness in your eye?.

Fiddler on the Roof (not because it's inately sad but because my dad always cried at it)
The Railway Children (again, because my sister-in-law cries at it)
A.I. (but I was mad at allowing myself to be manipulated by Spielberg. Possibly because of the ressurection resonance)
Some pieces of classical music can make my eyes fill up but it's not crying and it's more due to feeling overwhelmed.

for some reason i love to torture myself with sad movies and sad songs.. the end of that movie is so heart breaking.
actually its bitter-sweet but when you are still stuck on someone who you cannot have it is heart-breaking.. i had to restrain myself from calling my ex.

Today I learned that my cousin is getting dfed next week. Sex is involved of course. I feel really gutted for him, and his parents. He's having to move out of the family home into an apartment. He's an only child and his parents will stick to the principles of the August KM. They're gutted. Particularly his mum. Despite it being their choice to shun him, I feel so sad for them as I know it will kill them to do it. He's in his mid twenties and his reason for being a dub was entirely social, so the exclusion will be traumatic for him. He still believes it's the truth though. He's a bit of a lummox so who knows whether this will make him realise he was brought up in a cult.
We're not really in contact with each other but I'll be emailing next week after it's announced.
I'd like to hire a plane to fly above their convention stadium trailing banner that says "JWs suck".

And the truth is that there are many different ways of speaking English (as Leolaia's posts excellently explain), not just one correct way.
Referring to Bill Cosby as 'one of their own' implies that you lump all black people together as something apart from non black people. And as to using Hispanics as an example of being dirty and on welfare, it's got nothing to do with their race and to suggest otherwise is IMHO racist. maybe that's a truth you don't want to face.
The thread certainly makes it clear that the class system is live and kicking.
