  what job or career would you have loved to do, but being a jw, you weren't aloud to do that?

  and how about the college or university course you couldn't get because the end was too close.

  did you miss good job opportunities because of the watchtowers expectations?

  those of you who follow news of phenomena and the fringe of science probably know what i'm talking about - the mysterious planet x is supposed to collide with earth on may 15th.. strangely enough, no astronomer anywhere can detect the approaching planet.

  the reason is simple - it isn't there.. as the ides of may approach, life on planet earth goes on, and shall go on.

  Ouch!!! The Dentist phobic speaks.....

  well i finally did it today, got to the dentist, they had to pull out 2 teeth and i'm in line for a "bridge" whatever that is...... my face feels sore, my head aches, and it feels like i got this huge crater in the back of my mouth......my dentist says its ok, i had too many teeth at the back anyway as my wisdom teeth have come through.

  even still, i can't help but hate the dentist.

  they always say the same thing..."pop yourself up on the chair" "this won't hurt" "you're gonna feel a bit of pressure here"..... and the classic "sit up and have a rinse now"....

  This was posted about a month ago. At the time I thought, "what the hell". So tonite I figured I'd figure it out. Took out the calculator....lol

  This is how it works.

  There are only nine possible answers: 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81....ex: all double digits in the 80's will give you an answer of 72, all 70's you'll get 63, ect.

  The nine possible answers always have the same icon, so it really doesn't matter which number you start with. All other numbers in the grid (with different icons) were put there to make you believe they could be an answer but they are not.

  So this is how the story goes......

  First it was the WMD, well didn't find any there.......

  so, let's get rid of the tyrant.......Oh well, he's still alive......but we brought down his regime....sure OK.

  then, let's free the people of Iraq........but yet you want to hang around, to make sure their freedom is within your ideology.....otherwise..... why would you stay against their wishes?

  LOL.....now you've freed the prostitutes.......that's your reason for doing war???

  A beheaded prostitute in America is not even important enough to make "The News".....but I'm sure something similar has happened without your knowledge.....You do have organised crime do you? And plus, the resources were not there to find or even care for who had committed the crime. So don't give me that line that only that kind of stuff happened in Iraq under Saddam's organized crime regime, and that's the reason why you freed them from him.

  That was my whole point from the beginning, why go stick your nose in somebody else's business when you have plenty to do at home.

  Take the rafter from your eye, then you can remove the straw from your friend's eye.

  I'm American, and it makes me so sad when ignorant idividuals act like this, because they make us all look like lunatics!

  Remember, this person was not alone in the lunacy.

  If anyone had a brain in the plane they would've told this guy to sit the fck down. Geez she had to sign an agreement. That means the pilot, the stewardesses (if that's how it's spelled), and other clients in the plane supported the idea.

  Just one ignorant individual? Sad to say, but in America, it is the exception that makes sense, not the majority.

  I used to carry my whole WT library with me where ever I moved. I didn't read it much, I just thought I was holding on to some truths (man those boxes were heavy). One day I just forgot them somewhere's, I can't even remember where.....

  There will always be JW's. I think pretty soon we will see a dramatic drop, but many will remain and a few will be added. They will always explain that those who leave are wicked, rather than try to find out if they need help or are reaching out. The more that leave, the more they are right.
