  i have suffered with menopausal symptoms for a few years now.

  hot flushes and facial sweating, the most noticeable to others.. a sister i knew used to laugh and pretty much, mock me.

  i used to say "you wait till you get them" , without being nasty.. i seriously hope she suffers.

  I've also had ruptured ovarian cysts. Been in bed for 3 days. They just let your body absorb the blood now. Very, very intensely painful.

  They treat it with metformin, a diabetes drug now. It seems it's an endocrine disorder that doesn't just stop at burst ovaries. It can cause pre diabetes and elevated blood lipids, as well as infertility. Those cysts are eggs that never release from the ovaries and form cysts. They are reconsidering the name polycystic ovarian syndrome because the effects are not just limited to ovarian cysts.

  Personally, they put me on metformin and I got pregnant the next month!

  They continue to drop like flies

  yes, the jws continue to bleed their young ones, so far in my local kh 3 were dfd, one girl just turned 18 this month and packed her bags and said goodbye to the cult and her cultish parents, another young 18 year old man decided to have a non-jw girlfriend and decided to stop attending and is no longer a witness.

  they continue to leave and wt leaders dont give a damn.

  they dont do anything to help kids be successful and live a healthy life.. .

  The thing is, my cycle is just as regular as ever, it's just the second half is hell. Night sweats, irritability, insomnia. Then my Aunt Flo comes to visit and all those symptoms go away, but the cramping and excessive bleeding start.

  I get about one good week out of the month. I'm 42 and people say this lasts another 10 years!

  Oh, and jgnat, for $55, I'll just sleep in the buff. ;)

  I wouldn't call it rambling. I think it's delightful the way they riff off of each other. You can tell it is a close and loving relationship.

  I prefer to read my information, but for those who prefer watching (remember watching the nightly news on tv each night?), I think Mike and Kim are a good recommendation.

  I was also told that Black Cohosh wouldn't do much, so I've yet to try it.

  What I do is sleep on a towel. When I sweat through that, I throw it off the

  bed and get another. Sometimes I go through 3 towels a night.

  She was hardly chunky, she just had chunky cheeks. Her waist looked pretty small. I was the same way. I wore a size 6 and still had chubby cheeks.

  Actually, I kind of looked like her in the 80s, too, except I was a brunette. Same permed hair and everything!

  Yes, Perry, I do think I am a good person and the video was not impressive.

  I'm worried about neither heaven nor hell so threats for not following the ten commandments or even rewards for following them are not relevant.

  I do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.

  Who tells themselves they're not going to do something anymore that they know is wrong and then turns around and does it anyhow as Perry claims we all do?

  If I know something is wrong, I just DON'T DO IT and it's not difficult!

  Is it really that evangelicals are just people without morals?

  I hear this sentiment again and again and I just don't get it! Why is it so hard for evangelicals to do the right thing?

  Some of the least sympathetic people are other women who have had the good fortune to have it easy in the female problem department. They assume you are malingering.

  They have never had menstrual cramps that put you in bed, excessive bleeding that keeps you near a bathroom, difficulty getting pregnant, a difficult pregnancy that has you in and out of the hospital, postpartum depression, excessive sweating, insomnia or have been unable to tolerate menopausal treatments.
