  i have found an article on their website that moved me to contact them.

  i share it here hoping more will contact in a similar vein and maybe we can raise awareness and tear down this propaganda.

  i'm writing regarding an article about jehovah's witnesses and their blood transfusion doctrine, found here:http://tinyurl.com/pxku9dgit is clear to me, reading this article, that it's writer is either profoundly ignorant or profoundly biased.

  Do you believe Jehovah's Witnesses' Governing Body is the "faithful slave"?

  this question is known to be posed by jws to other jws as an acid test of loyalty.

  i'm not the first to notice what i'm about to point out and comment accordingly, but today i felt compelled to add a short article on my blog highlighting the new language that governing body member geoffrey jackson supplies as a response.

  a person who honestly hesitates to respond with a robust "yes!

  I agree with Governing Body member Geoffrey Jackson. The Governing Body views itself as trying to fulfill the role of the biblical 'faithful slave,' but it would be presumptuous to say the Governing Body is the only spokesperson that God is using.

  Only spokesperson?

  It's grossly presumptuous to assume God is even using them at all...

  All I have ever seen in Witness portrayals of paradise are people eating endless fruit, cuddling animals, and cleaning up the countryside plus plenty of singing kingdom hall songs.. and the most nightmarish part of all for me is that somewhere in almost every artist's rendition and illustration there is some middle aged caucasian male in a dressed like an elder exercising his patriarchal control rights and police like authority over the entire scene.   Based on GJ's wishy washy weak response maybe he too will be kicked out like Raymond Franz was with the remaining 6 self appointed fibbers saying:

  "It is us 6 who are the actual faithful and discreet slave.. Geoff was an apostate"

  New Congregation Position Soon? ELDERESS?

  i just listened to most of geoffrey jackson's royal commission testimony and i have to say i really enjoyed the multiple times he had to state he would get back to them and would research their questions.. the royal commission was asking if policy could be changed to have women serve on a committee to decide the case and then that bodies decision be brought to the elders to decide whether to show mercy or to disfellowship and individual.

  three times the judge had to ask mr. jackson to answer his question.. it was amazing how jackson could not find a scripture to show his honor that women were prohibited to serve as elders.

  he could only support that men are appointed as elders.. hmm... i've never been a member of the governing body with all their years of so called spiritual training, but even i remember deborah the prophetess, when the judge asked jackson if women could serve as a judge.. i was so hoping that the judge or mr. stewart would refer to deborah.

  Yes I can see it now.. a young jw boy who has been sexually abused by a female eldress being interrogated by and having to recount all the intimate sexual details in front of a panel of elderly, unqualified, untrained, uneducated sexually frustrated female toilet cleaners..

  Brilliant...

  Watchtower sued for Racketeering in California

  a little birdie informed me that a lawsuit against the watchtower bible & tract society, its legal department, and several individuals (perhaps lawyers in the legal department) has been filed in the superior court of the state of california, county of los angeles for, wait for it.... racketeering!.

  that's right, folks, you heard it here first.

  i have no other information, other than the case was stamped "aug 07 2015" and the docket number appears to be bc590675.

  Apparently not. I have won every single court case I have ever found myself in. I represented myself every time. So I guess the piece of wisdom you quoted was made by a lawyer looking for another paycheck, someone like Dr. Monica Applewhite no doubt..

  the royal commission finally uploaded a redacted version of the 2015 branch manual.

  watchtower lawyers were looking to have as much redacted from this manual as possible.
