A big fat 0 !!
You can't imagine how happy I am to be able to say that, although while I was a JW it was very embarrassing and I always felt guilty about it. Aaahhh, it's so nice to have gotten rid of that guilt!
just a quick question, and one that seems to take jehovahs witnesses back a little, an extremely good question to ask a pioneer.
"so, with all your hours of service, how many people have you actually brought into the jehovahs witness organisation?".
um.... genuinely, 100% of my old jw freinds have all been raised in the organisation.

heeheeheee...just had another birthday.
over the years i've kept my birthdate rather quiet.
this year the company newsletter has been posting employees' birthdays each month.
One of my co-workers is a fellow JW fade away. She gave me a birthday card addressed to "heathen sinner" and signed by another "heathen sinner."
That's hilarious! That's great that you have a fellow XJW fade away as a co-worker and you guys can support each other in this way. I'm sure that card means a lot to you, it would have to me to.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS. ROCKY, YOU HEATHEN! LOL!!
Seriously, have a great birthday and I wouldn't worry about going to hell for it!
Oh and have some of those evil cookies for meeeee, I'm dieting and can't have any..
here's a picture of our 28th birthday girl:.
we met cari at the minnesota apostofest this past sunday, and she's a lot of fun.
she posts here occasionally, and under the name "c5".
Happy belated Birthday Car! Sorry I saw this a day late.
i am a "newbie" that has been "lurking" and commenting on a couple of posts over the last six months.
i was somewhat intimidated by some of the comments on the board so i didn't feel comfortable in introducing myself.
since simon seems to be dealing with some of the more "aggressive" posters i felt the time had come to introduce myself.
Thanks for sharing your story Patricia. Welcome to the board. Look forward to hearing more from you.
Many here have offered some advice that might help you with your current situation.
The only thing I can say is listen to them. I started posting here in February and have gained so much by listening to the people on this board. Stick around here, express yourself here and most of all read, read, read everything you can get your hands on related to your particular situation...
In no time you will start to find your answers.
i'm going nuts at my job.
i just feel so freaking trapped in this cublicle.
i feel bad about complaining because at least i have a job, but its like my sanity is slowly leaving me.
Leander,
You're not alone. I'm in a darn cube too and hate my job immensely. I feel I'm stuck in a rut and don't know what to do to get out. I've racked my brains trying to figure a way to make a living without working for someone but so far I haven't had any brilliant ideas. I fear I'll lose my mind as well if I can't figure something else out soon!
I hope things work out for you and all of us in the same boat. Francois idea sounds great but I don't have anything to sell, nor am I a writer or know the first things about creating a website. It really sucks!
Let us know if you figure something out, it might help inspire the rest of us.
i love this forum.
at the moment, there are lots of people saying bad things about it.
i want to set the record straight.
I know for a fact that I could not have gotten deprogrammed as quickly or be at the deprogramming stage that I am today if I had not stumbled on to this site in the early months of my own crisis of conscience.
The different opinions expressed here on all topics, has helped me tremedously in coming to my own understanding of different things regarding the WTS as well as other issues facing us all in the world today.
Thank you Simon!
am i the only shmuck on this board watching this every week?
please say i'm not.
Southland,
Don't be embarrased, thanks for sharing and joining in and most importantly not leaving me alone to be embarrased all by myself! LOL!
I was blown away by EJ yesterday as well but never thought he'd make it through because this competition is also about looks and the whole American Idol package.
Well dang, I was wrong about all of my predictions! The best singers won definately but I am a bit surprised they were voted for.
I don't care for Nikki's individuality and I obsolutely hate Christina's vibrato.
Any guesses as to who the wild card will be?
sexually suggestive lines from the star wars trilogy...
'get in there you big furry oaf, i don't care what you smell!
'luke, at that speed do you think you'll be able to pull out in time?
Wild Turkey,
You bumped my American Idol thread off for this?????!??!?!?!?!
Now no one will see my thread and I'll never know who's watching!!!!!! LOL!
