  being pimo i attend the meetings regularly over zoom.

  ( i have to as my wife is a dyed -in - the wool, and stick-in-the mud pioneer witness.

  i have no possibility of leaving as it would create havoc in my life and at 68 years of age i just don't want the hassle of having to cope with the ramifications of disassociating myself.

  Eternity...with or without Jehovah?

  do jw's believe that when they finally make it to the paradise earth, that jehovah will continue to dwell in heaven?

  basically, that they will not get to be with jehovah forever?

  if this is the case, does this bother faithful jws?.

  Where or what is heaven Salamanda ? Is the International Space Station circling the earth every ninety minutes or so in heaven or just outside it ?

  Did the twelve men who walked on the moon pass through heaven to get there ? They have never made any mention of it existing.

  Have the many space probes that have gone out by many Countries through the Solar System ever encountered a Heaven ?

  And I believe two Voyager spacecraft have actually exited our Solar System and haven`t detected it yet.

  By the way welcome to the forum ,I gather you are not one of Jehovah`s Witnesses ? Is that correct ? Or are you an ex like most of us here ?

  they are trained to strengthen and help the congregations and branches around the world.

  Aren`t those that now claim to be of the anointed and partake of the bread & wine classed as having mental problems / or still have teachings of Christendom still ingrained in their head ?

  If they do, it is only because of inadequate training given them by the R&F.

  It is also evidence of another failed teaching of JW`s , remember the numbers for many years hovered around the 8000 mark ,then sometime within the last 20 years or so it`s been gradually rising to where it is today.

  The numbers were supposed to keep getting less and less till there was only a handful around at Armageddon.

  To The Australian Government .Have Jehovah`s Witnesses signed the Redress scheme ?

  maybe i`m a just a bit more impatient than some ,but the govt.

  did say they will name and shame those who do not sign up to the redress scheme didn`t they ?

  and take away their special priveledges , etc.?.

  Well it`s now the first day of Feb. and I still haven`t seen or heard anything about any action taken against those who did not, and still have not signed up to the Redress Scheme.

  Including the Jehovah`s Witnesses .?

  Has the A.R.C. just been a toothless tiger After all ? I`m sure the victims can`t be too happy about the Commissions / Governments inaction .?

  It is more than two months ago when the Minister Anne Ruston said it was unacceptable for any organization not to join the scheme,and action would be taken against them.

  if it is a non-jw who did this as a result of their pandemic campaign (letter-writing and telephone calls), jehovah’s witnesses really need to check themselves.

  they have been directed by their new york headquarters (since last year shortly after the start of the pandemic) to send letters to only people they know.

  people don’t like receiving unwanted, unrequested, unsolicited letters and phone calls, especially from jehovah’s witnesses.. if it is a former member who received a letter as a result letter-writing pandemic campaign- most former members do not like being harassed by active jehovah’s witnesses and have been directed by their new york headquarters to send letters to and call only people they know.. .

  wife was listening to some update or such when i walked by and heard the accent and inflection.

  i do not know who it was, or care.. what gets me us they seem to idolize some of the leaders and use them for reading.

  Their were a few speakers here in Australia that the R&F put on a pedestal because of their speaking abilities.

  Whose names just escapes me now.

  O.K. one was Dave Madzay a Canadian ? I believe ,the others I just can`t bring to mind ,but there were a few of them.

  I`m talking about the 60`s to 80`s era.

  when i was a kid in the late sixties the type of books we would study was very intense compared to the bull shit pablum that they put out today?

  i mean the finished mystery and others now its these stupid books that don't dive deep into the beliefs.
