I Got Messed Up on My Medications ... I Knew I Had to Watch the Assembly On-Line This Weekend

what a weekend.

i have my normal medications to take; one white pill, one purple pill, one blue pill, one yellow pill ... you get the idea.. but having to watch the regional assembly on-line had me stressed.

i now realized i accidentally took too many of those big purple pills.

You guys crack me up , medications , zoom meetings , dressing up in your own home to zoom in ? geeez i`m glad I got out 27 years ago now .

What the hell am I still doing here on this site ? maybe i`m a glutton for punishment or I just cant help wondering what`s the next BS story the F&DS are going to come up with next , and the gullible R&F are still going to swallow hook line and sinker.

And an I.D. Badge ? to go on line ? In your own living room ? I just love it.

Or maybe i`m just starting to go stir crazy with this covid 19 thingy ?

Keep us entertained guys , we need it.

When did WT lose the spirit?

at what time would you say that the watch tower schema lost the spirit?.

like the ancient nation of israel which struggled maintaining divine blessing due to a long series of grave errors that eventually culminated in definitive loss... how and when did watch tower lose the spirit?.

can we pinpoint a time or event?.

I joined the JW's becaus I THOUGHT they taught the truth of the Bible. When I found out it wasn't I left. If you want to, you can think that I was following "a" spirit, I prefer to think I was at a low spot in my life and they got me when I was vulnerable.

This sums up my experience exactly ,and it took me 32 years to wake up .

i was bored to death this sunday, and suddenly i remembered that it could be worse if having to attend the public meeting on a sunday, even worse, not being assigned to the sound department, accomodating, being the mic guy, or reading the wt at the platform... then i realized that i hated just "attending" and sitting at meetings, those "privileges" were the only thing i enjoyed and made my last months inside bearable.... did you enjoy these assignments?

I remember when i must have been getting over this JW thing that i ducked out of a Convention to watch an AFL ,Grand Final from half time onwards at the nearest pub to the convention ,this was at lang Park ,QLD, in the early 1990`s ?

Australian Rule, s Football AFL

For some reason they did this a lot in the early days putting a convention on at the same time as a major sporting event in Melbourne Australia.

The Bible says " the wages of sin is death " Rom.6:23 , So death takes away the Adamic sin that humans inherited from Adam and Eves disobedience which resulted in imperfection for the rest of the human race.

So once you die, you are no longer a sinner or imperfect ,and once you are resurrected by God Jehovah /Christ Jesus ? You are without sin or imperfection.?

So you shouldn`t die again and if you do what for ?

There are a couple of accounts in the Bible of a resurrection taking place ,are they still with us today ? No.

Modern science in medicine has brought back many from the dead these past 50 or more years in hospitals ,have they died again ? yes ,why ?

Well to me the answer is obvious.

You draw your own conclusion .

What to say to WT Publishers

on bbc radio this morning there was a 20 minute piece on jws and the child abuse cover up.

i am already receiving reaction to it from a number of sources.

it occurred to me - if you were giving ordinary members of the public a steer on how to deal with wt publishers what would you advise?.

I was told that making God's name know was Jesus showing people what Jehovah was really like.

Jesus view of God / YHWH was at odds with the way the Old Testament portrayed YHWH/ God if i`m not mistaken .

Doesn`t his actions in the Old Testament speak louder than words of Jesus in the New testament ?

I love that statement when confronted with the crimes committed by JW`s " well if they committed those crimes they were not really Jehovah`s Witnesses "

By that same logic there are no Catholics behind bars in gaols because if they were really catholics they wouldn`t commit those crimes .

my mother became a witness right after i was born.

1951. i was indoctrinated from that time forward for 50 yrs.

during that time i did not hear anything about the 2 witness rule as applied to child molestation.

I was a JW for 32 years since 1960 and I have always understood the 2 witness rule applied to any and all wrongdoing

And in WT speak child molestation as far as I can remember was never viewed as a crime but as a sin.

And as far as the world was concerned no sins (crimes) were ever committed in Gods true organization.
