Its very good that the top of the JW/WT chain hirearchy resist changes to their procedures in these child abuse cases in some ways and take legal steps to try and keep it out of the public eye ,because it shows the WT religion of Jehovah`s Witnesses up for what they are .

And it certainly puts them in a very bad light as far as the public views things.I hope the media gives this good coverage and exposes them for everybody to see.

Its similar here with the redress scheme That the JW religion is reluctant to join,and I hope they don`t because it will put them in such a bad light with the authorities and they will get negative press for not doing so.

The more they are exposed ,the less people will join the cult and it might just wake a few more people up .

Whats that weather pattern that causes updrafts over the seas into very high altitudes ,carrys it along for miles and then drops it over land , on mountain tops etc.? Tornadoes would probably do the same thing .

I don`t suppose JW`s have ever heard of that phenonomen .

i believe so ,and a very big difference.one that harmonises with the new testament in bearing witness to jesus and his kingdom and one that amounts to a new gospel bearing witness to jehovah and his kingdom something that is condemned in the bible.. c.t.russell started the magazine called "zions watchtower and herald of christs presence" and its emphasis was on bearing witness about jesus christ and his kingdom ,of course he got many things wrong ,but he was focused on jesus & his kingdom with what the new testament is all about.. j.f.rutherford in his wisdom decided to change the heading of the watchtower to " the watchtower announcing jehovah`s kingdom" a phrase / term / doctrine that is not in the new testament and takes away the importance and role that jesus christ has in bringing people to god.phil.2:9-11. nowhere in the christian greek scriptures / new testament are followers of jesus christ instructed to be witnesses of jehovah ,nowhere there is not one scripture that instructs them to do so.. however in the christian greek scriptures / new testament there are over twenty scriptures whereby christians are told to be witnesses of jesus.. and it was by divine providence that followers of christ were to be called christians .acts 11:26 , not jehovah`s witnesses.. do jw`s even know what it means " by divine providence " ?.

the jw`s use isaiah 43:10-12 an old testament scripture to justify calling themselves jehovah`s witnesses,however that was applied to the israelites back then ,did they adopt the name jehovah`s witnesses ?

The Bible is supposedly God`s inspired word ,the Bible writers were inspired by God to write down what he wanted people to know. 2Pet.1:20,21...The entire Bible is inspired by God and beneficial, 2Ti.3:16,17 , Rom.15:4

In the hebrew scriptures ,O.T. God made his name Jehovah / Yahweh known under that inspiration and writings .

In the Christian Greek Scriptures, N.T. God see`s fit not to have the Tetragrammaton ,the four letters that represent his name in those writings ,why not ?

Because he wants his worshipers to focus on a new name ,a name that god says now is above every other name and that is the name Jesus.

Not Jehovah but Jesus.Ph.2:9-11 This is the inspired word of God we are reading.

So while God is using Jesus / Christianity as a means of reconciling people to God ,followers of Jesus /Christians should be focusing on and bearing witness to Jesus and Jesus alone ,not Jehovah .

It may very well be that after the one thousand year reign of Jesus Christ is over God will then want people to bear witness to himself Jehovah / Yahweh,but not before according to his inspired word.

For after the thousand years Jesus turns everthing back over to God

And i`m pretty sure the average Elder would not know what your talking about .

I`m not too sure whether any G.B. member would know either .

Outcast Doctrines

in a recent post about the watchtower’s claim that all animals were created as vegetarians, one commenter said that watchtower could no longer sustain this belief so they simply stopped talking about it.

i began thinking about other wacky doctrines and statements by the borg that have faded away.

i’ll offer two of them below, but the complete list must be longer than your arm.. 7000 year-long creative days: watchtower once taught that each of the creative days was 7,000 years in duration, hence the hype leading up to 1975. they believed that year marked 6,000 years since adam’s creation, and oh how nicely the 1,000-year reign would fit as the last piece of the puzzle, thus completing the final “day”.

The Superior Authorities went through some gymnastics also over the years ,first it was the powers that be in govt and law enforcement ,then it became exclusively only applying to Jehovah and Christ Jesus and then again another backflip to reverting back to the govt`s and law enforcement.

C.T.Russell had previously identified the end of 6 thousand years in his writings which would have occured I think about 40 years previously? if my memory serves me correct .

Australian Bethel propose building a media complex

there's a post on exjw reddit stating that the ibsa are planning on building a media operation at the sydney bethel.. the estimated cost is $10 million aud and this in spite of the fact that they still have not joined the redress scheme or attempted in any monetary way of assisting abused victims within the organization.. the link below includes detailed plans.

they will be converting part of the current printery into a media complex.. they also propose to build a theme park in the form of a historical biblical site, including a man made mound and what one person suggests is a temple.. its not surprising that a bunch of old men in new york has dreamed all of this up - film sets in new york, england and now australia.

Obviousl;y the G.B. do not believe Armageddon is just around the corner or coming anytime soon.

And yes as has been pointed out ,they have not joined the redress scheme to compensate Child Sexual Abuse Victims ,yet they have 10 million $$$$ to spend in such a hair brained scheme as this .

They truly are delusional and away with the fairies.

I hope the Govt. of Australia are well aware of where the G.B.of Jehovah`s witnesses have their priorities and its not with the victims of Child sexual Abuse.
