police confiscated photographs, bank cards, money and electronic devices from the houses they searched, said lopes.. a criminal case was opened against a man named alam aliev, who will be kept in pretrial detention until july, members of the religious group said.

I know they like to appeal to the european courts , I can't imagine them trying to get support from the other churches they condemn , same for political parties , jesus said I think , woah to you if the world speaks well of you , (something like that ) they are supposed to be thrilled of the sign persecution on them , the apostles thought so anyway , they didn't whine and cry about it .

horrible situation , would think security measures need to be put in place , all other answers appear to lead to more gun control legislation , I am pro second and don't believe that is the answer , you should not need a psychiatrist to approve of you having a gun and whatever other crazy stuff they keep coming up with

I personally believe this type of stuff is just a distraction , take away from the real news like the chaos in Palestine , horrible situation whether you like the move of the Israeli capital or not , I know I wasn't going to get up at 4am to watch a bunch of arrogant royals party while people are in abject poverty

Don"t know how anyone can just accept it as if they weren't duped into teaching false dogma disguised as the truth , they don't like me because I won't play the game of obedient domestic with them . They don't claim infallibility but claim some sort of no accountability for lies . sir82 - I guess if his father was born in 1900 and didn't have kids until he was 65 it works for them , did not know how old they are but figured since most people have kids in their 20 to 30 range it would mean they'd be pretty old , or is this a symbolic second gen? Didn't see all the dogma involved. As far as I can see you have parents , gen one , kids , gen 2 and so on

I might actually agree with some of that , the whole end times was based on Josephs day for a year which the fall of Judah is the center of debate on that one , I could also go with the 110 year generation attributed to Joseph but don't think I buy the over lapping duel generation . They made 1914 fit with other prophesy , the 3.5 days prophesying then the shut down of the WTBTS to be later resurrected all that stuff no one else seems to get with any sort of understanding , I did read the grand climax book . Like I said I did know a second genner but he never claims any sort of special insight , just toes the WTBTS line , I would expect them to have some sort of paranormal experiences but they only claim it's a feeling of knowing if you are a boy or a girl . The bible makes it sound way more about experiencing unbelievable sightings and experiences . sorry it was jacob and the day for a year , never heard them say joseph before on this dogma

the end better come fast as that second generation is pretty old ,in their eighties , if they expect to be leading the church during the tribulation wearing depends and using walkers , don't see it myself . They also said there would be a last calling before tribulation , I think . I knew one that had diabetes even ... no insulin and poof he's off to meet jesus I guess

You are not anointed unless they confirm it , almost the catholic way of confirming bishops or the pope . The bible clearly says different , you can only approve of yourself after scrutiny as to whether you qualify , apostle paul wrote about who and why you should partake at the memorial . I was watching the web cast last summer , don't know if anyone else caught the huge blaspemy that the GB member retracted live , can't believe he did it myself , then he said the "new light ", about GOG of magog . can't remember exactly what he said but it was about jesus I think

these 144,000 are witnesses only.
there is over a million jw world wide, what happens to the rest of the faithful followers.

I guess you want opinions on this one and not only WT beliefs , the way I see it , 144k is literal number that get resurrected as spirits to live in the heavenly part of the kingdom and co rule the earth with christ for a thousand years and would ,I think include first century christians that were murdered by the state , believe it to be a martyr pact , once in you are expected to preach until the state imprisons and executes you , natural causes excluded or accidental . many called few chosen . The great crowd are the survivors that never know death and live on earth in human form for eternity perhaps over seeing some of the resurrection prospects .
