  Could you provide the reference as to where Russell stated this prior to 1914?

  Prophecy is easy when you rewrite it after the fact!

  Well looks like you have been here for about 6 months, how many souls have you rescued here? I think you are really helping JW's with half of a mind to think for themselves to get out. And if you can't see that, then you are the joke.

  Were you not aware that the 1914 prediction was made before the event took place?.

  It is clear that you are not aware of what the 1914 prediction even was! Here is a hint, if the prediciton was correct, you would not be here today.

  What you are doing is satire, right? This is a joke right? You do more harm the JW's then you do to help their cause.

  'Judge Rutherford'

  Theocratic warfare at it's best. Judges get elected. Rutherford was never an elected Judge. In the 19th century, if an elected judge went on vacation then a lawyer could sit in for a few days as an acting judge. Rutheford acted as a substitue judge on 2 or 3 occasions, most of those doing nothing.

  He then adopts the title of 'Judge Rutherford' after taking over the WTBTS in order to give the appearance of being more credible and more trustworthy to his potential followers. The truth is he was a door to door salesman and a crappy lawyer.

  it was a picture of a happy group of witnesses during a meeting for field service.

  there was a. comment from a local high-horse-rider about a brother in the front row in the picture being disobedient.

  the women study their husbands watchtowers, prepare the parts, write their talks, put their ties on, get the shave cream out of their ears.

  perhaps this has already been addressed, i looked ... i thought you might want to know, not much time left ..... harold camping .... some time after being released from a nursing home in june after suffering a stroke, camping, released an audio message on family radio's website saying, "we would have not been able to be used [by god] to bring about the tremendous event that occurred on may 21 of this year, which probably [will] be finished out on oct. 21 that's coming very shortly.

  Definition of "Negativity" according to JWs

  i recently had a falling-out with a jw which i won't go into because it is nonsense really.

  in one of the pathetic retorts i was told i was "negative".

  this wasn't the first time i heard this from a jw over the years.. what i have noticed is that it is because i spoke about real life situations in the world and/or problems and wrong things in the religion.

  My father is a JW for 40 years and he is the most negative persion that I have ever knows. There is so much negativity in the religion that I think it has become part of his core. Everyone who is not a JW are incompetent idiots, dumb. I never hear him say anything positive about someone who is not a JW.
