  Thought on “0 hours” reporting

  so everyone knows the “big news” of this past weekend, no more reporting of hours, placements, return visits, etc.

  beginning november 1, jws just tick a box indicating whether they “shared in any form of the ministry during the month”.. so there was a brief comment by a redditor that seems like a brief joke “throwaway comment” but after thinking about it….why not?.

  the idea is, what is “any form of the ministry”?

  1. Having to report field service hours makes the average JW accountable to the organization for the amount of preaching they do. That serves to motivate JWs to preach. If no one was keeping track of the amount of hours then the JW preaching will quickly fizzle out. So JWs are not preaching in the power of the holy spirit. They're preaching in the power of accountability to an organization.

  the door will not be closed to all non jws at the start of the tribulation.

  but will have time to repent after false religion is destroyed.

  This is NOT the religion I was raised in. This is so far removed from the 1980's that is basically become an Apostate parody of itself. If you could hop in Doc Brown's time-machine DeLorean with an iPad filled with this current GB's nonsense (Splane's Generation chart, anyone?) and go back to the year 1984 and show a Congregation of JW's what 2024 is like, they'd run your ass right out of the KH, probably throwing old green bibles at your head.
