So does anyone have access to a Assembly hall to check the validity of this out?..I am right by one but feel like I would be walking into the Devils playground if I went in there..

yeah thatnks jw step grandmother bitch.
i can't believe that she would not call her step sons and let them know their father had passed away.
my father is a jw also and my little sister sees this woman at assemblies and she didn't bother to call anyone.
What a horrible way to find out Noni..I am so sorry for you and your family. Unfortunately there are even women out there that aren't JW's that alienate their spouses family just out of meanness and selfishness.
I'm sorry you didn't have more contact with your Grandpa..life sucks sometimes..but I bet he would be proud of the person you turned out to be..
Hugs, Snoozy

german city of bonn taxes prostitutes with meterthe prostitution meter is said to be the first of its kindthe german city of bonn has installed a meter to tax prostitutes for soliciting on its streets at a rate of six euros (5.30; $8.70) per night.. those who fail to pay face fines or even a ban, and 264 euros were found in the meter when it was first emptied, according to afp news agency.. tax has been levied on prostitutes elsewhere but bonn is the first city to use a meter, a spokeswoman said.. but a prostitutes' rights activist said the scheme amounted to double taxation.. prostitutes are expected to pay the flat rate, regardless of earnings.. the machine, which looks like an ordinary parking meter, has been installed in an industrial area near the city centre which favoured by prostitutes and their clients.. 'consummation areas'.
isabelle klotz, a spokeswoman for the city, said they expected to get about 200,000 euros per year from the meter.. the "consummation areas" are wooden cubicles designed to screen cars"women who work in brothels also pay the tax but until now it had been difficult to get women on the street to pay," she added.. "thanks to this new method we will be able to tax them in all fairness with the others.".
I used to think the porn industry was "regulated" also but I recently read they found some porn stars that had HIV..apparently it isn't as regulated as some think. I am thinking the "whore" houses are the same way.
It seems in the "adult porn industry" no one wants to wear condoms..now they are sadly paying the price.

Poor baby is sick..
Snoozy who has his Pussy Cat t shirt..
LONDON (AP) — "Sex Bomb" singer Tom Jones was recovering in a Monaco hospital Sunday, saying "severe dehydration" forced him to cancel a concert in the glamorous principality.
The longtime star, famed for his swivel-hipped appeal and soulful voice, apologized to his fans on his website and emphatically denied British press reports that he had suffered a heart scare that forced him to cancel his Monaco concert Saturday night.
"There are NO heart problems, as has been reported in the press," the singer's website stated.
Jones, a 71-year-old Welshman who burst to international fame in 1964 with "It's Not Unusual" and other hits, blamed his illness on a long successful tour "where many of the shows were in locations that were in the throes of high summer heat."
The website statement indicated that Jones had no choice but to make a rare cancellation: "Sir Tom was ordered by doctors not to perform in Monte Carlo yesterday evening due to severe dehydration," the statement read. "This was extremely disappointing for Tom, the band and all connected with the tour."
Saturday's canceled show was to have been the finale of his 3-month "Praise & Blame" tour.
A spokesman for the Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco told The Associated Press that Jones was admitted to the hospital Saturday night and was doing well Sunday. There was no word on when Jones would be released.
Jones, whose charisma onstage earned some comparisons to U.S rocker Elvis Presley, made his singing debut at three. He appeared in hundreds of clubs and dance halls before his breakthrough series of hits catapulted him to some of the world's finest venues, with repeated shows at Las Vegas' glitzy hotels and casinos.
At the peak of his fame, and for decades afterward, adoring women near the front of the audience would shower him with their underwear as a sign of devotion.
Jones held onto his sexy image for decades, only recently agreeing to perform and be photographed without touching up the gray in his hair and beard.
In his statement, the apologetic crooner thanked fans for their understanding and support.
Jones plans a short tour of central and eastern Europe beginning in November.

Talespin, I didn't mean to upset you. It's just that my own daughter went through a period of deep depression and I tried everything to help her..It broke my heart to see her like that and I felt totally helpless. I feel deeply that it has to come from within a person to want to live..no one can really help someone that feels that way. The JW's teach us to look on the gloomy side of everything I think and we have to break the pattern. I like this saying:
"Life isn't about how to survive the storm but how to dance in the rain." (In your case even if it is just on one foot )
Big hug and glad you are feeling a little better..

........ and of course, that should come as no big surprise considering phillip and nancy garrido were jehovah's witnesses either before, or quite possibly at the time they abducted & kidnapped jaycee and stole her life away for 18 years.
i will share some excerpts from jaycee dugard's new book " a stolen life " and see if you also identify similar mind control tactics garrido used on jaycee that the wt society uses on 7 million members.. notice this quote from jaycee about schools and education , " i, however, have mixed feelings about high school.
on the one hand, for eighteen years i had been taught ( by garrido ) that schools are bad and kids learn bad things there and peer pressure can ruin a child's life forever ; but when i consider who i heard all this stuff from, a kidnapper, rapist, pedophile, narcissistic, pervert, i can only come to one conclusion.
I just got the book a Stolen Life, Jacee Dugard..can't wait to read it.

I always have mixed emotions when I read a post like this one. My hubby died in 2003 of Cancer..he would gladly change places with anyone that would like to just "end it all". but he had no choice. He appreciated life..he was always thinking of new things to do or places to go. I feel so sorry for anyone that can't feel that. The ones that just sit back and say woe is me. Life must be horribly challanging or boring for them. Or maybe just too painful? And yet I knew cancer victims that went through so much pain and sickness just to try and survive..I don't know. There is just so much life out there, you just have to go look for it. Hubby would have.
I am so sorry you can't /don't want to experience that kind of life..I have been depressed before but never to the point I wished it was all over..I feel sorry for anyone that feels that way. They are missing out on so much..so very much!
I hope you have better days in the future. Someone once said life is what you make it..sometimes I wonder if that is true..makes sense to me.
Hugs..Snoozy
