I assume this means that you are to report any accusations of a sex crime. JW elders are not police detectives or forensic investigators. They should be asking law enforcement to do its job, not waiting to determine if a report is genuine or not. If the organization is not making this clear, then they are still failing to protect children, as Mr. Lett wants us to believe.

What is truly corrupting about shunning is that it is supposedly done out of love-- out of a sincere desire to help the lost sheep find their way back into god's arms. The cruelty of telling people that they must turn their back on people they have come to know, love, and deeply care about is staggering. The pain it has caused families over time is tremendous, and often it is a lasting kind of damage that never heals and affects many more people than just those directly involved.
The fact that they say it is done out of love, when it is an act/behavior utterly devoid of love, is a crime. That they proudly present it as an idea borne in the heart of a being that is kind, loving, and generous makes you realize the kind of awful, twisted things that we can be made to believe.

And at some point, when he's run off all of the Michele Birch's out there, he'll complain bitterly about how no one wants to support him, how exJWs live only to see him crumble and fall. If I'm not mistaken, he was near to 900 patrons before the number began to drop. Since a person can become a patron at any time, the way the total fluctuates is more dependent on how often Patreon (and any sites that track creators) updates its numbers.
Losing almost 350 patrons in three months is massive, but it seems like the avalanche has stopped. From here on out, the number might stabilize or grow/shrink very slowly. That is, of course, subject to change if any new info or videos surface that draw more attention to the issues he has. I wouldn't worry about it. The real world doesn't usually work like a Hollywood film, where everything is settled quickly and in the most absolute terms.

Not that it matters, but he has shown a marked aversion to being criticized even mildly. He does seem to love attention, but only if it's positive-bordering-on-obsequious. To the extent that he will even acknowledge this thread, it is to gripe that it's an example of the "bullying" that he has been subjected to ever since he pantsed himself on video.
Reverse-psychology doesn't work so well in this case, since it's more like slowing down to watch the scene of an accident. We all say that we shouldn't stop and stare, but no one is able to resist...

That has always been the organization's view- obedience is more important than anything else. If you disagree with the organization, and they eventually come around to your way of viewing an issue, they can still remove you as an apostate. Being correct was not what mattered- obeying the WTS/GB was, even when they were wrong.

Croatia isn't going to extradite anyone for defamation, even if there was a clear-cut case. Extradition is used when someone has committed a major crime in a country (murder, rape, kidnapping, spying, etc) and then leaves that country to avoid prosecution. And even then, it requires time and court appearances and agreements by the host country... and that is assuming that there is already an extradition treaty in place.
No country is going to arrest you and go through the trouble of setting up an extradition just because you put someone on blast and they're upset that people found out things about them. It's more likely that Croatia will offer to extradite Evans to any country that will have him, just to be rid of him.
