by Satanus inrutherford went on and on about 'classes' of people: the esther class, the mordicai class, the haman class, etc.
from where did this class bs come?
russel had previoussly stated it was his belief that anarchy would break out as working classes revolted against their capilist masters.. an important doctrine of marx, and one of their main hopes later, after the bolshevik revolution was that the lower classes in society would rise up en mass and topple their govt's, thus embracing communism in country after country.. and so, it leads to my question of the origin of rutherford's creation of classes of people that corresponded to biblical characters.

WATCHTOWER QUOTE RE UN NGOs NAILS THEIR OWN ASSES!
by MadApostate ini'm pulling this out of the original thread since people are blowing by this as if it were nothing.. the blue portion appears on page 17 of the june 1, 1991 watchtower, in the article titled their refuge--a lie!, which criticizes "christendom" for seeking help from the united nations rather than jah.. .
"prayer and meditation at the united nations"-- robert muller .
"prayer, meditation and spirituality at the un are fascinating subjects.

It's interesting that in one article they condemn those associated with ECOSOC. Then, in the 1991 article they condemn NGO's (even though they conveniently forget to mention the NGO status of those groups.
In the pamphlet from the UN that hawk posted in another thread, under the heading "The Relationship of NGO's with the United Nations" in the second paragraph it says: "More than 1500 national and international organzations have official relationships with the United Nations-formally related to the United Nations either through Consultive Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) or Association with the Department of Public Information. (DPI)"
This means that the status of ECOSOC associates and DPI associates are comparable in the eyes of the UN.
JW's have condemned themselves in both references in their Watchtower.

MAJOR ALERT - UN 2nd LETTER on WTS/NGO
by hawkaw inon january 24, 2002 the interim head of the department of public information responded to my letter requesting disclosure of the watchtower file.
even though dpi still refuses to give me the file, they did present some more facts on criteria for association.
also dpi provides what their dpi committee alerted the wts too in the committee's 1992 letter of accreditation to the wts.. there was a delay in posting due to the fact that the dpi sent a wrong brochure to me that accompanied the letter.

Reflections over the year! Thanks!
by VeniceIT inhi everyone, i just looked at my profile the other day and realized that i'd started posting over a year ago.
in some ways it all seems so short this past year, like a blur in my life.
yet i feel that i've gotten to know so many of you so well, i can't believe it's only been a year.. one thing that's really strange for me is the fact the no one i talk to or know has known me for more then 2 years!!!

Micheal the ArcAngel/Jesus the man
by plmkrzy ini understand that a lot believe that micheal and jesus are one in the same some believe that jehovah and jesus are one in the same some believe that one is the son of god yadda yadda yadda.. would some of you please address or post your reasons for believing that micheal the arc angel was not gods first creation and why he couldn't be the one sent to us to be born as a man and become our savyor?
why would he not have another name fitting his role as a man on earth?
he obviously wouldn't be living on earth as a child growing up as an angel.
