my theory is they feel guilty and just incase the witnesses are correct in their teachings and harmageddon occurs they hope god will take pity on them and let them through.

Apologists saying that the JWs shouldn't be banned, what the hell!??
by Crazyguy init's been brought to my attention that there are xjw that say they support the witnesses and don't think russia should ban them.
i would just like to remind all of you that jws are guilty of murder, causing higher rates of suicide, covering up child molestation, and keeping members in prisoned because if they leave they loose family, financial support, possible employment etc.. sure their not strapping bombs to their chests but they easily get members to kill themselves with their blood policies.
they are an extremist group!

by Steel inlately i have been studying some basic christology and jesus in the old testament and why first christians believed jesus was god in the flesh.
really interesting stuff.
i am not really sure if i fully understand it but i do now realize why pastors go to university and bible school for a number of years and also how their beliefs are not just based on a few verses that can be edited in the nwt.

It seems that many witnesses simply dont care about facts?
by stuckinarut2 ini often wonder if the current crop of witnesses, especially the youth and younger ones simply don't care about facts?.
i mean for some, even with knowledge of the past scandals, misleading teachings, mistruths, etc etc, they simply don't care.
"it is the truth after all".. they are so intertwined in the operations and activities of the society, that they cant see anything outside of it.

l think the problem with many witnesses especially born ins is that they are brainwashed from an early age and therefore ignorant to anything that disproves their beliefs.

Is Jehovah God guilty of the Sin of Omission ?
by smiddy inin genesis ch.1&2 god warns adam that if he ate of the tree of knowledge of good and bad he would die .theire was nothing said about anything else.. you would expect humans would just die of old age like adam and eve did.. the wages of sin is death the bible tells us .so if he disobeyed jehovah god he knew he would die .. what he never knew and neither did any other human to come after him was just how many ways death would come to humans.. death by creatures that were created by god venomous creatures ,snakes spiders etc.,marine creatures sharks etc., bacteria /viruses etc.,insect carrying diseases such as the mosquito that causes thousands of deaths to children under 5 years old even today with malaria.,wild animals etc,.leprosy that even existed under theocratic rule in the nation of israel.. then their is the indignties humans go through in old age ,loss of bodily functions , mental capacity ,alzheimers ,neurological diseases that effect young and old.that reduce people to almost live not much better than a vegetable .
natural disasters not to be excluded because these are in the control of god to afflict mankind or not.. the list of afflictions that humans have to suffer through before they die , from a loving god just boggles my mind.. and i have only scratched the surface of indignities humans have faced before they die.. so i ask the question is god jehovah guilty of the sin of omission ?
or did he act out of vengeance for their disobedience and wanted to inflict greater punishment upon them.for disobeying him.. what are your thoughts ?.

None of it makes any sense when you really sit down and study the nuts and bolts of it all.One day adam is sitting there all alone observing animals with mates doing the business and hes thinking hang on theres something missing here.Next minute he wakes up minus a rib which would make him imperfect anyway and theres another human in his company.So we are led to believe eve appeared out of nowhere like magic.So here we have a fresh new creation with no life experiance and would have no clue as to what good or bad even meant.Along came a talking snake and the rest is history.And then god repented having ever made man knowing in advance that man would sin.The tree of good and evil helped things along.Adam and eve were set up to sin they didnt stand a chance.Eve was an innocent bystander deceived by the master of deception.She was a sitting duck like taking candy from a baby.Yes it appears god is guilty of the sin of omission based on what the bible teaches.Or am l missing something?
