  there is so much silence about the jw's in the ukraine conflict.

  are the jw men arrested because they don't want to fight?

  how is that going in the hyper nationalist fase the country is in?

  hopefully the Ukrainian government lives up to it's freedom loving claims and allows the Jws to exercise their choice of non involvement. In the areas now occupied by the invaders, russian law is probably applied, and the JW organisation is banned.

  80 years ago that embattled region saw bible students, executed even for refusing to dig defensive anti tank trenches.

  Now we see pictures of whole families seeking refuge, so males must be allowed to leave. Therefore it is time to apply the counsel:

  "if they persecute you in one place, flee to another" , like to the UK, which was exemplary in the second WW to respect conscientious objector's stand.

  Does the Bible really specify that God existed in abject nothingness until he decided to begin creating?

  TonusOH It does not, as far as I know, but given that scripture is 150% wrong about the creation event, I was looking beyond that, could have classed the thread under "humour".

  We can extrapolate from our conditions here, that energy is uncreated , indestructible, eternal, and so is time. Therefore these two "entities must have coexisted with the creat-or/ trice. call it in "timespace" or "energytime."

  biblically speaking, since Jesus is the firstborn of all creation, the Original creator and the Son must have made the universe between them , literally, locally, in the zero gravity area between 2 entities.

  Given the immensity of the work we live in, all these bible based analogies seem to be totally inadequate to give it due esteem. imho.

  There is no "inside" for an alternative dimension.

  wrong, dimensions are all for inside. we, with our universe are inside spacetime. The possible mother father is not. but there was eternal energy and timespace.

  Our universe started at a point in timespace. it is an inside job. at least at that point, the outside realm was infinitely larger, older. still is out there, and we are expanding into it.

  In the meantime, E. Musk is running tests and probably trying to figure out what payload could be gathered to fill the 250 cubic meters cavernous cavity of his starship. (you could actually get space sick in the assembly building)

  of course everyone has his favoured load to get off their backs and sent to H. . so

  nasa's measly 9 cubic meters interior volume will not do.

  PS, make it a giant garden, with palms, bamboos, Hibiscus, Figs, Vines for wines, to break the dreadful scenes in the monster machines that astronauts have to live in. park one near the space stations for Rest and Recreation.

  that is a perfect description of the quintessential mother, creating a new entity, life inside her. so, the Lord's prayer is wrong too, " Our mother, who is not in Heaven, but outside above it all . The "our mother" perfect prayer for catholics.

  My Prediction Regarding New Space Telescope That Will See Back to 100 Million Years From the Big Bang

  a new space telescope launched a few days age that will supposedly be able to see to within 100 million years of the big bang.

  wow... only 100 million years from the big bang.

  that is pretty early given the 12 billion year age of the universe assigned by scholars who adhere to naturalism.

  Gen 1:1, that SB is supporting here is of course wrong, as is much of the bible.

  The solar system, and planets endowed with a reach load of all kinds of elements, was not created in the Big Beginning, but 10 billion years later, through the outworkings of the laws of this particular universe.

  The JW telescope has so far not yielded any clear images of 14 billion year old planets and stars. only smudges at 12. , but a clear infrared picture of Jupiter though, a tremendous 40 minutes old ?away.
