I remember wt illustrations where they have the partakers strolling through the "new earth", directing the paradisefication proceedings! ha ha.

Searcher I thought you meant all reversals that happened before 2013. The anointed after Armageddon vascilation has happened several times.

i know about the gold apple watch, but that is only a small percentage of the billions that they have.

so who do you think is keeping all of this money.

The wealth is probably seeping out at the periphery, real wealth observable there. Do not expect intelligence that accesses that to leave you with insights.

What made you stay "in" even when you knew it wasn't the "truth"?

so i've been thinking a lot about why i stayed a jw for so long even though i had always had doubts about the doctrines.

i was born into the religion, left and came back as an adult for another decade.

some of the things that come to mind (besides the threat of shunning-and this isn't to minimize that very real threat) was:.

sunday 18 june 2017.. a son discovered his two parents stabbed to death inside a home on chicago's north austin neighborhood, police said.. he found his 67-year-old father and 69-year-old mother fatally stabbed in the 1400-block of north leclaire avenue and contacted police at about 1 a.m., police said.

I hope justice will be done to all the wrongdoers in the wt leadership. for the abuses they dished out.

justice like the 10 vengeful brothers of Joseph received when they had to come crawling back to him begging to be able to buy for food.

many here fall into that Joseph category . would love to see the gory scene when wt will eat crow.

Nowhere is mentioned that those in higher position will have "a more severe judgement", or that they are in effect "judging themselves", and that Jehovah said : "vengeance is mine"

The Wt org equates itself with "jehovah" so, wait on it. of course we will be waiting for a long time, for the wolves among the sheep act with impunity for they expect their god to be as absent as he was in 1914, 1925, 19175.

added: In the story of Joseph they fail to mention that it was because of his whistleblowing, exposing the wrongdoing of his brothers that he was nearly killed and expelled by them. sounds familiar?

1) in my early days, prediction was that the Gt started in 1914, was interrupted (GT interruptus) and would resume at Armageddon***, now overlappingly postponed possibly to 2075. ***

to allow the GC of OS to come "out" of, and not "survive"the GT as they teach wrongly now.

Why did wt not predict the overlap then? could have saved us so much grief. They can not even predict their own doings never mind "god's"

jesus in hebrew means "savior' and christ in greek means "messiah".

these are identifiers --not names in jesus case.. where did the name christ come from, his parents???
