  The Ride

  the ride!.

  about 2 weeks ago i went on a one day motorcycle ride with about 50-60 other jw’s.

  (at least most of them claimed to be dubs) it’s an event that 2 jw fleshly brothers put on every year.

  Hope so, a great country, now the buffer zone between the US and Russia, great warriors too. They have the town of Ladysmith in BC to celebrate their part in putting down the Boers, Dutch in South Africa, the other side of the globe.

  it looks like justin trudeau and his comrades caved in to kinder morgans artificial deadline and bought the transmountain pipeline for 4.5 billion taxpayer dollars.

  its not a bad deal if they actually finish the expansion.

  if not we just bailed out an american company and are on the hook for 4 and a half billion.

  and is not the trans mountain pipeline to be build purposed to sell the hard to extract Tar Sand oil offshore, so we have less Alberta supply oil here, and keep the domestic price high?

  As a coincidence there was an one eyed JW named Major in la Belle Provence in the 50-70. a handsome and genuine human being.

  As to the events, believable. "handing back rifles to german soldiers?" not a good idea!-- . In an infamous incident, A German marine, of part Jewish parentage ( race laws should have precluded him from "serving"), obtained in Holland an allied leaflet encouraging surrender, protection. - He deserted, hid among the population and turned himself in, with it, to the Canadians when they arrived. Put, notwithstandingly, into a large camp, with some of the men from his former unit, he was discovered, courtmartialed. The Canadian officer * in charge supplied rifles* to the Germans to execute the exposed and unprotected teenager. so: Do not re- arm germans. Most were more than eager to give up anyway, to get back to their families. (as my grandfather did at the beginning of WW1}

  * Questioned about the ethics in such a situation, he replied: It was our business to kill germans, this was just another method. Things like that made take "the truth" Rev 11: 18, and question it now.

  Nature is amazing :)

  i studied biology at uni and specialised in animal biology (wolf behaviour) but i've always liked natural history.. even if i never went to uni, i'd still be amazed by nature and i'd still watch nature programs on tv.. i'd like start a thread where posters can post nature clips that are in some way amazing.. the vid below shows wild wolves in the canadian arctic encountering humans for the first time.. these wolves haven't been exterminated by human hunters and therefore haven't learnt to fear humans.

  just in case you think the pandas are being petted in the paradise in the rest of the globe, wolfs and the like are tearing flocks herds in Wyoming, Germany and other wild places. Ny be the guy did not smell too appetizing.

  During a rest in the Rockies, a mountain sheep gave me a good licking with her tongue, to get her share of the salty sweat. Waton, the walking salt lick. Yesterday the wife had a humming bird linger in the mist spray during the plant watering.

  In Marxist theory, a Capitalist Society pits an Elite against Have-nots. Those with power, wealth and privilege exploit poor, disenfranchised underclasses struggling to keep their head above water.

  There is different elites. Take the Elite of the left, the Merkels in Europe, they have the agenda to destroy the pesky aboriginals by importing hordes of strangers of an even lower caste, 80% of which do not come to work.

  Take the entrenched Government elite in North America, they too like to broaden their base by importing more of the exploitable.

  The Rich elites, that is something else. Some of the Nouveau Riches, the Gates, Bezos., Musks disprove Marx, they do great things, regardless.

  WT theology? They want to keep the slave system going, Onesimus et al.

  Even in paradise wt minions think they are going to give "assignments" to the slaves.

  now you have to slave disown yourself to survive Armageddon,

  according to the bible teach book on page 78, it says, “since the days of the apostles, god has been selecting faithful christians in order to complete the number 144,000”.

  ok, so would the partaking of the apostles have less of an effect at the last supper, than after, in subsequent celebrations ? (in the first passover after Pentecost, Peter was in prison, was freed, and there was no "Memorial" going on when he met up with the rest of them. bsw).

  i did read about that , the nazis did in fact behead some , not sure they were claiming GC or LF, my point is that it appears to me that you have to preach-- Jesus.

  Nu-lyte: 1650+ Jws died in the camps, persecution, some more perhaps because they refused war work on the front. true martyrs. but by comparison, the German army executed 20 000+ of their own for refusing combat, desertion.
