FBI and Santa Barbara Agents arrested Michael at the airport. He is locked up in Santa Barbara County Jail. He awaits bail hearing and I intend on presenting evidence to revoke his $250,000.00 bail.

Sounds like end game. He will take his life with his last bullet unless swat takes him out first. Hard to be philosophical about a colossal waste of resources for a deranged narcissist. Perhaps the mistakes made along this timeline will be utilized to improve internal justice and reaction to mistaken identity casualties. What if all at once we had to face a dozen Dorners at the same time? I think as a city LA needs to recalibrate and envision scenarios when civilians with trained background create a civil war. After all officers are civilians right? This needs to end rapidly before any more surfers or newspaper carriers get injured and this escalates out of control.

i think normally i would be with the judge all the way....but i think it was clear that the girl thought it imprudent to tell the entire court how much jewelry she owned?

her mannserisms for being in a court room were somewhat strange, but at the same time we are dragging these kids into court over what?

because they want to use xyz substance?

Judge dismissed everything including bond. Upon completion of Court drug program he said "all" charges would be dropped.

Judges are God in their courtroom.

norris' last known address was in the carpinteria area.

I have personally spoken to over a dozen children that grew up under this man's eldership. While there were no recollections of being sexually abused, the overwhelming majority expressed feelings of disdain and even hatred for him. Common words were "creep" "asshole" etc... etc...

Did holy spirit appoint him? Of course not. This man is a narcissistic bully. Despite his well established alchoholism, even driving his vehicle into the Pacific Ocean while DUI, his constant badgering and cock fighting with the local BOE was precursory to his "appointment" to the BOE. Every day I receive letters, IMs, PMs, text from current and former JWs detailing how this specific individual "Destroyed their life" Included in this clutch are past and present Elders, MSs, Pioneers, R&F. No one was immune to his tyranny.

Will the Governing Body help expose and find this man? Of course not. Their stance is "he is no longer serving as an Elder or assosciated with Jehovah's Witnesses" DESPITE the fact that he still regularly attends the meeting at the Quepos, Costa Rica Congregation.Every Costa Rican news agency has been contacted and alerted to this story. Many of them are communication with the Embassy and local law enforcement.The Quepos Congregation Elders have been informed. Each publisher has been contacted and informed. NOT BY THE GOVERNING BODY BUT BY ME.

Michael's Passport has been revoked. International travel will be flagged and detained.

All Facebook contacts have been alerted. Michael was able to abscond because of the failure of his immediate JW family members and local congregation elders not reporting to authorities.

Judge was an ass. She was not being disrespectful saying adios. He chastised and egged her on and she said "F you"

She went before him today and apologized tearfully. He dropped the jail time, ordered a 30 day drug program and upon completion the case will be thrown out. He explained it was a lesson on showing respect.

He needs to take a lesson himself.

I need to get the hell out of Los Angeles

it's really great seeing so many newbies, congratulations to each and everyone of you.

and welcome.. in any case, my question is the one i put in the title :.

In the past 3 months I have observed at least 20 or so families begin their fade. Some high profile Elders have voiced their disillusionment at the changes in understandings of overlapping generations and the F&DS. There seems to be a division brewing, 1) members that hold on that the religion is true but the GB is veering off track. 2) members that research and realize it is time to run completly. 3) members that really have no clue about anything and robotically continue in their roles and routines.

Many are saying it is a "refining" taking place. Still others are genuinely moved to wonder why so many of the Elders and MS taking the lead are simply leaving the organization. When these men have been long time servants it seems that there are always a handful of families that follow them out. Doing a rough count in my head and only including 5 or 6 congregations, there have been 24 elders, 40 MS , and 100 or so publishers that have walked away in the past 10 years. Only about 20% of these involved judicial action.

If these numbers are indicative of what is happening in other congregations, this is a huge exodus combined. We would never see it documented because the majority are simply counted as "innactive" members who have successfully faded.
