I highly doubt it will ever be dropped but as we saw in the overlapping generation I would bet that they make it more about Jesus taking charge and less about being a stop watch staring point. Eventually it will be the date Jesus took control of things and less about it being a time line.

by pale.emperor inso i was observing an online conversation between a jw and a former-jw.
the non-jw pointed out that wwi cant have had anything to do with satan supposedly being "cast out of heaven" because wwi was already well under way in oct 1914.. the jw proceeds to explain that satan was actually thrown down to the earth in 1915 and that he started to wreak havock on the earth from heaven knowing he was about to be cast out.. so 1914 is officially old light now?
does anyone have a source for that or was this brother lying through his teeth?.

Growing up in this cult if someone would have said one day JWs will be standing next to a cart playing video games and counting time while the GB has its own TV channel doing a weekly TV show I would have said never going to happen. But if someone back then would have said that half the country would be spitting and burning the flag, yelling death to America, burning cities down and looting and murdering and then being supported by the authority's. I would have said the same thing.

I know a lot who said they are done. But I never understood how anyone can identify with a sports teem. Its not like the local High School where your son and his friends or daughter and her friends are playing. These are like actors who you will never know and very well may not want to know and somehow people identify with them. Just because someone puts on a Jersey with my home state team on them does not make me apart of the teem. A person who is part of an opposing team can next year be part of your team so its not really anything but an illusion smoke and mirrors. I would rather go for a hike or ride my bike or do some project around the house than sit and watch a bunch of over paid idiots run around a field and some how associate myself with them that only exists in my mind.

What has produced these murders and criminals is a left wing that has coddled black culture and told them its not their fault. They have created the monster and don't know how to control it. Many on the left think its not out of control and are too stupid to see its been out of control for some time now. If BLM yelling they are going to rape the cops wife's and make them watch and block an emergency room is not enough to push people to Trump I fear the country is headed for war.
