  i see there has already been discussion over lloyd’s new book how to leave the jehovah's witnesses.

  this includes discussion around his personality, motives and financial gains.

  i have written a foreword for this book, because it is an important topic that has not been covered in such a complete format before.

  Paul: I can't think of any online resource that can top JWfacts. You are the true aposta-king!

  I too felt some sympathy for Zeb after watching the W5 episode, especially after he said that he hated storming Kingdom Halls, but knew no other way.

  Of course, then I believe he is the one that went up to a cart of JWs and began reading a certain section from Lloyd's book that contained a confessional that many of his opponents love holding against him. I have a hard time squaring that with the guy I saw on W5.

  i do enjoy his rebuttals and the stuff he manages to get hold of and leak.

  but i'm struggling to understand what he could possibly write to merit a whole book.. all info on how to leave is right here on this forum.

  I feel that whole episode was drawn out and overblown. It is easy when reading a text or email to misunderstand the tone of how things were meant or to read into word choice. Despite many apologies rendered, I felt many were harsh and unforgiving. No apology offered was good enough.

  here’s a little back story.

  i met this jw girl 4 months ago online and found out she was a jw 2 months later after confessing my liking for her.

  we had a long conversation about it with her explaining what exactly a jw is and the rules and what not.

  You have not met in person yet?

  If not, it may not be wise to invest that much emotionally at this point. Romantic feelings can be built up with mostly online interactions, but when things transition into the real world, the bubble bursts.

  i noticed a recent post where it was suggested the store was taken over by hostile means!.

  the person who posted it pretended to have knowledge of why the store changed names but clearly was operating with an agenda!

  one filled with lies, misinformation and deceit!.

  Personally, I didn't see a need to read his first book. I can’t imagine what unique information could’ve been presented that was not in Crisis of Conscience or Apocalypse Delayed.

  While I don't like the unforgiving bashing of this man, or anyone else for that matter, and totally detest some of the made up allegations his opponents have brought up with zero evidence...

  I agree. I can't imagine why this needs an entire book. I could see a chapter in a book. But there is better advice to be had online. For free.
