Nobel Laurette Robert Penrose came up with the theory called the “conformal cyclic cosmology” which postulates that the universe goes through infinite cycles where Big Bang is the birth of a new universe. Radiation emitted from black holes, called "Hawking Radiation", is evidence of the previous universe. This constant renewal of the Universe is in line with the Hindu creation story of Brahma who -
Brhadaryanka Upanishad 1.4: the world is said to have come into existence because the Primeval One, having become bored being the only being in existence, split Itself into a variety of forms and manifestations (i.e., the material world and all of its beings) so that, through them, It could experience a loving and playful relationship with Itself.
In short, we and everything are one - Brahma. The point of life is realizing this. However, there is a time limit to each "game" and Shiva destroys the Universe at the end of the time limit. Then the whole game is reset - a new Universe.
In addition, quantum physics shows us there is no Newtonian, dualistic universe. All things are made of matter. Matter, atoms, are made of energy. Therefor, all things are energy. Energy cannot be divided nor can it be destroyed. Energy can only be transformed. So, in short, we are all connected with everything or as Hindus put is - all is Brahma.
On the other hand we have "In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth." How? Why? Neither are explained. YHWH just willed everything into existence. Light/daytime is created on Earth before the Sun is created. That's how Genesis Chapter 1 has recorded creation.

Do you believe you've been created or evolved?
Evolution is accepted as true by the Catholic Church because evolution has nothing to do with origin. Evolution is a process that takes place after life comes into being. I believe the question being asked is -
"Do you believe in the Biblical creation or do you believe in abiogenesis?"
The Bible is not the only faith based source of a creation account. The Hindu creation cosmology is more in line with science, especially quantum physics.
Men have been around for thousands (if not MILLIONS) of years, but is not EVOLVING.
Modern Homo Sapiens have walked the Earth for around 150,000 years. Homo Sapiens continued evolution would be like its previous evolution - extremely slow, to the point that a person would not be able to observe it in a life time.
Here are 5 examples of continued human evolution -
https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/30795/5-signs-humans-are-still-evolving
5 Signs Humans Are Still Evolving
- Humans drink milk. Historically, the gene that regulated humans' ability to digest lactose shut down as we were weaned off our mothers' breast milk.
- We're losing our wisdom teeth.
- We're resisting infectious diseases.
- Our brains are shrinking.
- Some of us have blue eyes.

The fact that there was an original man & woman is confirmed by genetics
This is not confirmed by genetics, but rather a genetic possibility. Just as it is a genetic possibility that the human species exists due to several thousand breeding partners. If the former is true, it is not evidence that the 2 common human ancestors are the Biblical Adam and Eve.

The Gregorian calendar is not evidence of Jesus existence. The Romans made the Julian calendar and it was later modified into the Gregorian calendar. The Romans were the world empire of the day. They imposed the calendar on the world they controlled just as the they imposed Christianity as the official state religion. Probably because the Romans invented Christianity.
The argument that Jesus did exist because of a calendar that is based on his alleged birth is just that - an argument. That is the fallacy of apologetics - it's not evidence, but just an argument.
True faith is letting go of beliefs and accepting truth as you experience it. Belief is a highly venerated opinion that one clings to in spite of any evidence that proves it false.
Not to switch the topic, but I would like to make it clear that just because there is no evidence in Jesus' existence does it mean there is no value in the Gospels or being a follower of Christ. Jesus didn't say a whole lot, but the things he did teach are profound.
Look at Matthew 6: 25-34 -
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?27Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?31So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."Can any one of you by worrying add one hour to your life?"
Wow! Powerful words to live by. In fact, neuroscience has come to the realization of the power of mindfulness - being in the present moment. However, modern Christians seem to completely miss this. Christians are full of anxiety these day. Why? Because people are leaving the church and, if someone loses their faith, maybe they will lose their faith too.
How would it affect you if you were presented with undeniable evidence that there never was a Jesus?

Screen time or Green time..
by zachias in"girls who spent less than an hour on screens and boys who spent less than 90 minutes on screens were not negatively impacted by it.
but at higher amounts of screen time, their life satisfaction dropped significantly—they were less happy with their lives, and it got worse the more time they spent.
if screen time went above 105 minutes per day for boys or 75 minutes per day for girls, their mental health also got worse.".

A deeper study shows the true danger of mobile digital devices such as smartphones and tablets. The impact is huge and the results are horrible. I have been without a smartphone for 2 1/2 years and my life has vastly improved.

In China it is Tenth Month 3, 2021 (xin-chou), year of the Ox.
In Israel it is 3 Kislev 5782.
In Iran is 30 Rabi ul Awal 1443.
In Japan it is Rewai 3, year of the Cow.
In the U.S. we use the Gregorian calendar, adopted by the Roman Empire in October of 1582 CE.
If you are implying that Jesus did exist because the Roman Empire made a calendar that alleges to be based on the birth of Jesus...not evidence.

I prescribe to the philosophy of the Beginner's Mind - I know nothing. It is rare for anyone to know something. As I experience things I accept what I learn. I do no cling to beliefs.

Here's a short list of what I found -
- The creation account of Genesis is allegorical and is partially plagiarized from the Sumerian tale of Gilgamesh.
- The flood account of Genesis is scientifically impossible and appears plagiarized from the Sumerian tale of Gilgamesh.
- We today can trace the origin of languages. There was no Tower of Babel language creating event.
- The is no evidence that Moses ever lived.
- The historical Israel appears to be a Canaanite tribe that was repeatedly conquered by world powers. Fearing that their culture would disappear as was common of conquered/occupied people, this particular tribe created a mythology in which they are a special people, chosen by a monotheistic god, that would one day be freed from captivity and rule over all other nations. The religion created by these Canaanites borrowed from Zoroastrian beliefs as the Persians were the current conquerors. The god created(YHWH) is an angry, jealous, bloodthirsty persona who approves of whole sale slaughter of people to occupy their land, unless those people use iron chariots (YHWY cannot defeat iron chariots).
- There is no evidence of a person named "Jesus". 2,000 years ago there was no town or city of Nazareth. That area was a wilderness that possibly had a few farms. No one during that time would be referred to as a "Nazarene".
- There is no evidence that this Jesus was executed by the Romans, was buried, and then was resurrected 3 days later.
I do believe there was an enlightened individual in Israel 2,000 years ago who had new teachings. I believe that a mythos was created around this person and that a religion rose from that mythos.
I agree with the Buddhist Sutra -
Do not believe in anything (simply) because you have heard it ; Do not believe in traditions, because they been handed down for many generations ; Do not believe in anything, because it is spoken and rumored by many ; Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books ; But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
