  Mistaken DF Anouncement!!!

  my brother's visiting and natually we got to reminiscing about the congregation back home.

  we recalled one of the most astonishing things that ever happened in our congregation(that's saying plenty, too!!!).

  names have been changed.. an elder is called up to the podium, obviously about to make a judicial announcement.

  ROFLMAO I forgot about the hugs and kisses on the cheeks with the ex, and he thought it was all for his support. I guess they figured I held no grudges. And walking around talking to everyone that was a riot.

  When my sister used to visit the congregation I was df'd from she would get a lot of funny reactions when she walked in and our brother would go to greet her. They thought it was me

  i don't why i'm making a post of this, just because i guess... my dog died this morning, run over by a car... she saw a bunch of kids on the other side of a busy street, slipped out of the collar and ran for it... she didn't listen to me & she was dead before i even got to her :(.

  Alan F. and wife beaten while on vacation.

  our friend alan f. and his wife julie have been on vacation in oregon for a week.

  they took a couple days to visit the oregon coast and rented a beach house in a small town south of cannon beach.

  i drove down from portland yesterday to spend the day with them and their daughter julie and my son abe.

  I couldn't imagine, a judicial meeting about you...don't even let you in....why didn't they just go to

  Shoney's or something. Were they afraid you were going to lip read their decision? As if the outcome

  isn't already decided. Why did they even bother going thru the motions?

  We Disassociated Ourselves Tonite!!!

  local elder called tonite, with a witness on the phone to ask if it is true we were smoking ?

  we said yes, and we know who told on us.

  it was a ms who was at the club just last week with another woman, not his wife of course, while she was at the meeting.

  Did John Denver hate the Witnesses?

  i remember hearing stories as a kid that john denver would ask all the witnesses present at his concerts to stand.

  and, then after they stood, he would play the national anthem.

  any truth to this?

  Another JD JW UL: that JD's first wife Annie has become a JW and that was his reason for

  hating JW's. That it ruined his relationship with her. Anyone else hear this?
