  what do you call a person who keeps promising to do something for you--but won't get up off their ass and do it?.

  what do you call a person who needs money from you all the time and doesn't pay it back?.

  what do you call a person who keeps you waiting and waiting and then, they don't show up?.

  What do you call someone who created the human race?

  What do call someone who allowed the human race to exist and to prove that they are worthy of living on this planet without harming it?

  What do you call someone who has the ability to give mankind a gift of living forever, that is something that animal kind doesn't posses, nor do they instintively want to?

  What do you call someone who created the many Galaxys, Stars, planets, living organisms etc?

  What do you call someone who gets accused for everything bad by some humans, and he still wants to save the human race?

  Anyone recall a time when your congregation came to the aid of a Brother or sister in need??

  i'm not talking about a individual, but a congregation as a whole.. i'm talking about a brother or sister that really hit hard times.. have there ever been an occasion where the brothers (elders).

  decided to dip into the kh funds and help one in need????.

  example, brother loose his job, get evicted, family of four or.

  Most who are generous do not wish to advertise their gifts. That's why it's not visible.

  I saw at a grocery store someone who got to the counter with her food, and when it came down to purchase them she reached in her purse and couldn't locate her wallet. She told the clerk to leave the bag of groceries aside and she would return later after she had located her wallet. When she returned and offered to pay for her groceries, the clerk told her that it was already paid by the person who was behind her in the line. That grocery bill was approx $100.00. The purchaser didn't want to be identified.

  These acts of kindness are being conducted by many and not just JW's. But, in this case, it was a JW who did this to a stranger.

  Well, Jesus did say we will always have the poor. He did help out the poor, but they would never disapear. The cong funds are not set up for that need. It's up to the individuals who are in a position to help to respond. Some JW's are stingy, and need to be reminded about this. In the first century, there were many stingy Christians. That's why the book of James strongly counsels them. We are no different today. Only some have responded to the call of displaying generousity. I have seen many acts of generosity displayed by individuals, and some cold acts. I have also seen some moochers.

  apparently, there will be two points of entry to the convention.

  My covention site is a smaller stadium, and security is not a big issue. I imagine in the larger cities, when famous stadiums are used, and there is a large attendance, it reflects the attitude of post 9/11.

  Glad I won't have those problems.

  Do you think the age has passed when there can be no new religions?

  i think we are already living in the age where there can be no new religions.

  we have access to information like never before and anyone claiming revelations of something new and starting a whole new religion can easily be discredited.. christianity and islam may continue to subdivide but i think we've pretty much seen the end of anything new in terms of a new belief system.. .

  what are your thoughts on this?.

  We may have topped the limit of the religion list, but, we certainly have more room for new diet books.

  Why do Christian nations think they can assimilate Muslims into their communities , does Islam attempt to assimilate Christians in their communities ?

  islam /muslims today are what christianity was centuries ago , the two beleif systems are like oil and water , not to be mixed .

  christians are not tolerated spreading their infectious disease amongst muslims, in islamic countrys , and harsh penalties apply for them doing so in muslim countries , including the death penalty.

  stonings , whippings etc.. on the other hand christian nations are very tolerant of muslim extremists who incite hatred and violence on their own territory , and they get a slap on the wrist and say dont do it again .

  I welcome people of all mixed colours, educational background, ages, and various personalities into my home. The only things I ask of them ist to leave their beleifs, political views, shoes, and their culture outside of my door.
