The Noah movie, shouldn't have Noah's name on it. Is it creative, it sure is. It is packed with special effects, and interesting story twists. I enjoy listening to stories, but let's be fair, there is fantasy, and reality.

I survived a 3-hour manipulation session with 2 elderettes!

i'm not sure how else to describe this meeting at my kitchen table.

my elderette ("miss k") arrived with her friend in tow.

i vaguely remember the 2nd lady ("miss w") from the times we went to the kh, but like miss k, we never really talked in depth.

Hmmmm.... You got me thinking there about Noah, the command given to him and his three sons entering the ark. So I researched.

Jehovah gave that command just 7 days before the deluge came.

News about the flood came to Noah before any of his sons were born. He was instructed to build that ark, while he bore sons, and saw them grow, get married and so forth. The Bible tells us that only Noah found favour with Jah. So what happened during those many years? Just because the Genesis account doesn't mention that Noah preached, what do you think Noah did when the neighbours asked him, "What the hell is that, Noah, that you are working on"?

Jesus also said that the generation before the flood, took no note. No note of what? Did Noah keep it a secret?

Im new and need help!

hello everybody, before i begin i just wanna say that i have really found alot of great posts on here that have been helpful forme , theres definitely alot of brilliant people here!.

i am a born in jw(24 years old) ive been baptized for 7 years and was a ministerial servant for 4 years(i am no longer one).

recently me and my parents have have woken up to ttatt(about 2 months ago).

BU2B: The Movie Director stated that he couldn't use the material in the Bible because there isn't much there. Well, I find that he didn't use what little there was.

i.e Noah's 3 sons had been married before they entered the ark. The Bible shows that Noah's first born, Japheth was born 20 yrs after Jah had announced the deluge. Two yrs after that Shem was born.

The Bible doesn't give us a date for when Ham was born. The movie was off on those details, but this is just a fragment.

I know that some don't even beleive in the Noah deluge account but, that's not the point. Noah is a Biblical story, it has been transferred into many children's story books. If they could get it right, why screw up this story for the adults?
