  Can Somebody here list All The Lies and Deceptions Given at the Royal Commission , By all the J.W.`s who Appeared ?

  i am just wondering if somebody { who has been following the royal commission in australia can highlight all of the sleight of hand , deceptions , half truths , theocratic warfare tactics , misleading statements , untruths , omissions to the truth ,lying , feigned support for the victim , while not reporting her plight to the relevant authorities , etc.,etc.,} , can list these in one document , that would be a testament to anybody how culpable jehovah`s witnesses / wtb&ts are , in not protecting their own members , or members of the general public by not reporting such abuse to the relevant authorities ,when they had a duty to do so by law , not pertaining to mandatory reporting, but protecting the larger community .. ( i wish i wasn`t so old and had greater computer skills.).

  You know what i had to turn this off half way through. It make feel angry that they put out a video like this, it gives witnesses the excuse they need to go SEE she got over it why cant you, wow the empathy, Jehovahs witnesses care. Do they hell. I suppose on a more positive note at least they are doing something. If it helps one person then thats good. I dont want to see it.

  It is typical...

  Someone talks about how much help they have got from prayer, bible reading, talking to elders etc.

  In what way will that help a victim who is feeling down and who is trying to be a good witness and do all these thing?

  "it should be working, the publications and videos shows that... There must be something wrong with me, Jehovah is not listening to me. It was my own fault, I put myself in the situation, did not dress modestly enough etc. And Jehovah knows this."

  I can only see this video causing future damage...

  Family friend? A JW perhaps? Which they conveniently forgot to mention?

  Or it was prior to them learning about the JWs? Probably, who else would get in front of the camera for the JWs and say such nice things about them.

  If she had been molested by a member, interrogated by the elders, made to feel guilty, dirty and the one to blame. And then told to bottle her pain because it would be slander to speak out. Then told not to take a brother to court and bring approach upon Jehovah's name...

  Something tells me someone like that would not help the JWs make this video...

  within the first few minutes, mr. stewart asked geoffrey jackson if the members of the governing body consider themselves to be god's spokesperson on earth.. his response: "that would be presumptuous of us" (implying that they don't consider themselves to be god's sole channel of communication).. to me, that was the worst lie of about 26 lies he's told during this hearing.

  however, mr. stewart missed an opportunity to call out mr. jackson on this bold-faced lie.

  he should have asked him to explain why the watchtower magazine teaches otherwise.

  brother jackson was aware of satan's control over governmental authorities and new he would be filled with holy spirit in order to honor jehovah.
