it has taken me a long time, but i have finally put together an article outlining how i used the law to force bethel to send me my personal files.

in brief, in 2006 i requested that bethel send me my files on the basis that the australian privacy act 1988 entitles people to receive a copy of any information a corporation holds about them.
It may too, help Elders to see just how twisted the thinking of the WT is, as they have to couch their findings and decisions in words that the public will not see as weird.

The problem with full disclosure will be that private communication will take over, like email and verbal, which will make the cult more clam-like. But forcing elders to write cult messages in plain language, as Wobble says, may be like tapping them on the head gently with a brick.
hello friends... just found out that at the recent one day assembly they are now really discouraging people from getting married!!!!!
they will lose young ones like crazy if they start telling them that they cannot get married...what are these sexually frusterated young people to do??
you cannot masterbate, you cannot have sex outside of marriage (not that i would encourage it either, but...), now you cannot even get married?????
Now Iam in my sixties single no children,no money,can't afford eye glasses,a hearing aid,but we are so mush closer to the end.

have the watchtower society said/printed that witnesses who are medical staff are not allowed to participate in the blood transfusion process?

surely they would not showing proper respect for blood and would that be a disfellowshipping offence?.
They have not even printed that Jehovah's Witnesses are "not allowed" to receive blood transfusions. It's just all "so would a true Christian...?" and "would it be wise to go against the clear scriptural directions of our heavenly Father....?" and you're merely disfellowshipped (or disassociated in Bulgaria) if you do.
So I doubt they would elaborate on JW medical staff involved in the procedure.
i personally believe they do not, but what solid evidence can you provide me so i can try to convince others?.

So the point is then if being a missionary is encouraged as almost the ultimate goal, why is marriage being discouraged generally?
