Rhodes boy, read the book of ezekiel, and focus on the chapters I 'think' around 37 to 42 dealing w/ gog and magog. There is a very detailed account of a war w/ literal israel. Compare those w/ the scriptures you listed and with potentially Jew vs Muslim and with recent world events.

Ferguson Shooting (Is my thinking on this all wrong.......)

i think everyone here can agree that walking down the street, even in the middle of the street, is not cause for having a clip emptied in your ass......... i can understand how the black community would be outraged by the injustice of seeing another black man dead in the street at the hands of the police under mysterious circumstances....... i hope that i'm not succumbing to the attempts to assinate the already well impuned character of the dead man...... however.

i can't help but think that this could all have been avoided by exercising the proper discretion with fore-knowledge of the disadvantages people of color have when they are dealing with law enforcement in the united states.

it is not as if this disadvantage has only since recently came to light.

darth frosty - I'm not talking about the KKK, neonazi's, etc, but the general average white person who is labeled racist by their actions, thinking, etc, of blacks who are dressed like thugs or the obvious school dropouts. That is absolutely nothing to do with the color of their skin but their individual actions, dress, how they present themselves, etc. With KKK, etc, those who truly hate just because of the color of their skin, they'd even run out bill cosby if they could.

Flipper - agree if the man was running away, leaving, or hands up in the air, then I agree didn't deserve to be executed. But there are also reports he was charging the officer and reaching for his gun. Based on the video of him strong arming the store clerk moments earlier, then that does lead credibility to that statement that maybe this bully did charge the officer.

Also if the officer did have to go to the hospital for facial injuries, that also leads to credibility there was a conflict. At this point, people need to chill until the authorities have a final answer or decision or it goes to court for a jury to decide. I think it was absolutely ethical to release that video since the protestors are insisting he was such a good boy about to start college and was executed yet the officer claims he attacked him, the video should of made people realize there is more to the story and need to wait for all facts, investigations, witnesses to be questioned, etc, until making their judgements.

Unfortunately there is no video of the incident, unlike this one, where this black man ended up dead because of illegal choke hold and ignoring him when he said he couldn't breathe. Then the paramedics didn't do anything. These people deserve punishment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1ka4oKu1jo

This is absolutely NOT about white against black racism. If anybody thinks that, then you can start off by calling this event, black against white racism... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murders_of_Channon_Christian_and_Christopher_Newsom , none of those were charged for a hate crime.

Anyway back to the topic on why I don't believe this and the majority of so called white against black racism is true.

Does this look like a criminal? Imagine this black man walking down the sidewalk in a neighborhood, would many people realistically, especially white people, be concerned he was looking for a home to break into?

Now look at picture B,

If any of those guys in the above image were walking down a street in a neighborhood, would anybody, especially white people perhaps suspect they were up to no good? drugs, looking to steal, etc?

Why is that? Are people who dress like the above image good outstanding citizens who are being judged just because they are black when in reality they are really good people who contribute to society? Or are those who dress like that part of the 50%+ of the prison population and as in the case of the ferguson lootings, usually the criminals?

On top of all of this, those who these protests are based off of are always painted as perfect angels then as was seen with Brown, he had just robbed a store, bullied the clerk, had a record, etc.

50% of the male prison population also dresses like thugs.

Are statistics racist? The protesters were saying when the police released the video of Brown robbing the store, they were trying to assassinate his character. Did the video tape lie? The only character assassinated was the lie of the good little angel who was 2 days from college who was just walking down the road minding his own business. He had just strong armed robbed a store.

That doesn't mean he deserved to be killed either. They also aren't letting the investigation and all the facts come in.

But bottom line, blacks who truly are not thugs, if they dress and act like thugs, since they account for less than 10% of the countries popluation but make up 50% of the prison population, police and everybody else will be wary of them. That's one part of the problem there.

The other part of the problem, the so called racism in general. Blacks up until the 1960's/70's little to no rights, were kept in poor neighborhoods, not able to better themselves and their schools weren't very good. It was pretty much impossible for them to get out of poverty. Now however, they can get good schools, get college, etc. BUT so many in that community now even pressure those trying to better themselves to not do it. If they try to do good in school or go to college they are 'being too white', etc. They are told they can't play by whitey's rules, etc. I know this because I had dated a black girl and she told me all about it. But she ignored it and got a great career in the medical industry. Somehow it doesn't register that in the entire world, cultures and countries all over, a good education and college is needed to advance. So a big part of that community just wants handouts for their whole lives and when anything isn't going well to pull out the race card.

There are a ton of great black people and they have nice jobs, nice homes, and it's because they got educated, worked to advance themselves, etc. I just personally do not see those people as being discriminated against. Only those who dress like thugs/criminals, and those who feel they are owed everything in life so drop out of school, rude/obnoxious, etc. But the discrimination they get is not because of the color of their skin but their own life choices and how they present themselves.

this video on youtube for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jrqqvygd0k&list=uugsxqg6qln5yk0zij2dutow&feature=player_detailpage has over 100k views but other newer channels like jwstruggle and others have just a few hundred or just little over a 1000. i have noticed a lot of videos from the early days of the internet, earlier part of this decade have a lot more views than those of today.

is it because they have just been around so long or do you think less people are searching, then maybe 10 years ago or so?.

Who needs to look at any internet page or do any research when you only need use the jw.borg site? jw.borg will also soon be offering the jw.borg internet browser that will protect internet searchs outside of the jw.borg website from satans websites so one may never see anything that causes questions about the unfaithful and reckless slave (matt 24).

this is definitely not a thing where media is paying more attention, they are definitely on the rise.

too bad the gb didn't think of foretelling that years ago haha.

i have only 2 theories, 1 is perhaps it's due to pesticides and acid rain, and if that is the case, then it will get real bad.

I have only 2 theories, 1 is perhaps it's due to pesticides and acid rain, and if that is the case, then it will get REAL bad. Here is my theory.....rain and water that saturates the ground either from acid rain or chemicals had spread fairly evenly and started around the same times. Let's say as the water hit cavern walls, if it was acidic or certain chemicals they began to eat away at the walls. It might take 5, 10, 20, 50 years, but if the water and chemicals remained at a constant, then it once it hit the correct time, the cavern would cave in. So the reason why sinkholes are poping up all over is because those are the ones that had the thinnest cavern walls and they are all giving out at the same time now. This explains why all over the world this is happening, whether Florida, northern states, South America, Europe, etc. If this theory is true, then it's only just started and they will increase exponentially in size and frequency because it would be awhile before reaching the peak.

in the malaysian flight that crashed from 30,000 feet high, tons of wreckage, body parts, bodies, documents, etc, all over the place.

yet in the pa flight 93, just a crater in the ground, no bodies, everything supposedly vaporized.

hmm very interesting. (although the flight in Ukraine was shot down too) but maybe the crash site in PA was a missle then and either the plane crashed elsewhere or if it did really blow up midair then there was not much left, just tiny pieces over a large area. I guess it would depend on the missile, maybe the US missiles are more potent so if they shoot down a plane a huge fireball bomb won't go falling down?)

i came across this lecture at 3am not being able to sleep by dan baker.

it details his transition from christian fundamentalist to atheist and the various shades in-between.

he realises that every denomination of christian can open the bible and prove to you that they have the right interpretation and everyone else is wrong.

Proof of God - if you remove everything that any holy book says and just ask if there is proof of a creator, then many see within the world, life, processes, etc, all the factors needed for life and it's complexity as too impossible to all be by chance. For many that is the proof there. However that doesn't answer what he is doing now, if he is still around, etc.

If you put the bible in the picture for potential reasons why it's so hard to know why man seems to be on their own right now, there are some scriptures that may answer that. Some talking about the times of the gentiles (which allow man to rule the world). Scriptures about the "master" going away and when he returns he checks what his people have been doing. (if you take that literally then maybe he is literally away for now).

If he is testing man, perhaps he has decided the way to see a man's true self is to allow him to think he doesn't exist and see what he does.
