In the Bible, the WTS is the lamb-dragon beast and the "false prophet." The 666-beast is trinity-believing Christendom. The Bible says that both would be thrown into the lake of fire "while still alive" and thus while still active religious entities.
The only person who has the power to destroy the WTS Biblically, is Jesus Christ. JC exposes the false teachings of the WTS with the truth. Many XJWs substitute one false prophet with others, such as CO Jonssson.

Interesting comment. But lots of people will die for a cause or a sense of duty, like those in the military who are willing to die for their country, etc. Plus Job proved that some have personal integrity beyond personal gain or God's favor. Some are willing to give up their own lives for a sense of Justice or God's cause, because they love their God that much. I'm one of those persons.
But this is the whole meaning of the concept that in order to save your soul, you must let it go and give it up, in which case it will come back to you. But if you try to hold on to your soul, that is, this life and what it offers for temporary satisfaction, then you will lose it. So it boils down to loving God more than yourself. Someone who loves God more than themselves, are not concerned with personal perks God may give them. Those are extras.
The prodigal son is another good example. Even though leaving God at first, upon discovering what was really important to him in his own heart, he returned to God with hat in hand. He didn't care about his former position as one of the heirs to the estate. He just wanted to be back in his father's favor, willing to be one of the hired hands. He was willing to do anything for that second chance. But turns out, upon his return, God placed him above his older brother and made him the Christ. Thus, "there is MORE JOY in heaven over a sinner who repents..." Those who sin and then find repentance and who experience God's forgiveness are more devoted generally. More focussed. Their sacrifice is more complete, like the sacrifice of Abel versus the sacrifice of Cain.
The kingdom will be filled with these type of people, very "meek" persons. Those in the kingdom number 1,440,000. The 144,000 of Revelation are natural Jews making up 10% of the kingdom (Isa 6:13); the other 90% are gentiles as forordained by God from the beginning, that all men are to be equal, though salvation came through the Hebrews.
BOTTOM LINE: Now Satan will nit-pic God's arrangement to death and complain about every detail and blame God for ultimately being responsible for everything. So what God did, to avoid having to address any of those issues, simply exercised his right as the creator to limit the life of all living creatures. Thus he reqired all of tem to die at least once, including his own precious only-begotten son, Jesus Christ, who was Michael the archangel. In that way, there is really no issues of sovereignty or anything else, only the right of a creator to create mortal lives. The only catch is, depending on what you do with that temporary life will determine if God will resurrect you to enjoy eternity. In the case of Satan, he is not invited back. But neither are the moral, political or even philosophical issues of any critical significance. That's because God requires all his children to undergo that death, thus treating them equally and impartially. ALL of them, whether good or evil. So what is there to complain about? Can Satan claim God has an obligation to resurrect him after he kicked up all that fuss? No.
The philosophical question, though, is whether or not the degree of happiness is greater after having created a world and time where free moral agency was possible rather than just creating a universe of robots? Clearly, people are happier if they have a concept of having a sense of choice. So in that sense, it is worth it.

Basically, God had a choice. After Adam and Eve and Satan had sinned, he could have just killed them both on the spot and started over. But then Adam's potential children, which is us would have been successfully murdered by Satan. In order to save us, time had to be given for essentially the bulk of Adam's chlidren to be born over 6000 years. In that way, they could be then saved. But that would also mean they would have to experience death and for some, a lot of suffering.
So the loving arrangement was to save Adam's children and minimize damage done by Satan.
So this is YOUR CHOICE: Would you rather be born, live a life with some hardships or even many hardships, with the chance to live forever later? Or would you prefer never to have been born at all? So the suffering is part of the "birth pangs" of getting to have life. A minor sacrifice on our parts, I think most would agree.

The Bible clearly states that the end of the world date is in God's own jurisdiction. That is, when Christ's kingdom that is set up in heaven at the 2nd coming begins to rule in the earth.
So it pays to be reminded that the date of the second coming, which fulfills specific chronology is not the date for the "end of the world." Christ arrivfes at the same time Satan is kicked out of heaven. Then there is an unspecified interval of time until Armageddon.
How close are we?
Well, before the Armgaeddon occurs, the UN must take over world government. When it does, the Bible says the nations are given "a time and a season" to exist. If we interpret that to mean that Armageddon will come a year and 3 months after the UN takes over world government, then that is our only indicator as to when the end of the world will come.
So that is what we're waiting for. The UN take over of world government, which will lead into Armageddon. Since that is not likely to occur until there is some major economic or political crisis, that is what we can expect.
SOME SUSPICIONS: There are some suspicious things on the horizon though. For instance, two things: General Patraeus getting booted out of head of the CIA. Shocking, I know. But, his alleged lover instrigated the investigation by threatening someone, thus this seems a bit orchestrated. Question would be, why would Patraeus want out of the CIA? This all could have been kept totally secret. What if this was intentional? Well, if you were forming a new secret government, one in which the old CIA would be kicked out, you need some kind of a public excuse for leaving if you're part of the new secret service under the UN. A public affair and scandal is the perfect way to do that. But that's not the only strange event.
You also have the rather strange situation with UN Embassador Susan Rice. Some congressman attack her and want her not to be considered as Secretary of State? She gets involved in a scandal and now removes herself from consideration? The public understands the basics, but Susan Rice is a Rhodes scholar. Of course, Fred Franz was also linked to the Rhodes scholar. This is where the Illuminati are trained. "Such training was to be provided by granting scholarships, like the Rhodes scholarship, to those selected by the Illuminati."
So if you're a conspiracy theorist, you would start suspecting that a new, secret government is being formed with hand-picked people who are currently in high positions in government but who need to drop out of the public eye for now, like Susan Rice and General Patraeus. Obama, of course, clearly is the ideal world leader and is certainly a globalist. Maybe that was always the agenda for Obama in the first place; not just the US Presidency, but the world chancellorship under the UN. He's already chairman of the UN Security Council, right?
In the meantime, though, critical events prpohesied and DATED in the Bible have occurred:
1. The "great tribulation" which was to occur after 434 years into the final 490 years, and thus from 1940-1947 did take place, which was the Holocaust. The "days were cut short" so WWII did not extend to 1947 to end the 1290 days, but two-thirds of the Jews were exterminated as prophesied by Zech 13:8! So that happened.
2. Then after that, 1947 was the year to begin the 70th jubilee and thus the restoration of the Jews to their own homeland. This date can be calculated based on the jubilee period of 455 BCE to 36 CE, based on Jesus' baptism in 29 CE. The messiah was to arrive shortly after the fig tree starts to grow tender, meaning shortly after the State of Israel is set up, which did occur on the heels of the Holocaust and WWII in 1948. The pre-messiah, that is, the person who would become the physical manifestation of the Christ after 40 years of testing was born in January of 1950.
3. The Christ was to take up human form again in the body of the "prodigal son" which the Bible depicts as a former male prostitute sometimes between November 30, 1992 and April 6, 1993. This, indeed occurred.
4. The "sign of the son of man" was also to be begin to appear in heaven to confirm the messiah had arrived. This sign, indeed has appeared to the elect. It is an image in the clouds of a sleeping black child, an image the WTS is very much aware of and which appears in their cryptic artwork. So that was fulfilled as well.
So what IS dated in the Bible, the main events, has alreadyh occurred and been fulfilled. So very little awaits to be fulfilled now. The Bible telss us the end would seem delayed but would not be late, so it would happen at the very last minute, keeping in mind God is not slow but patient. That is, the longer Armageddon is delayed, the potential for more people who are just now coming of the age of majority to be saved. But at some point, that time period will have to be cut off.
So those who follow chronology and Bible prophecy and understand these things, are waiting for Armageddon like everybody else, but they are less anxious about it, since they know God will bring it about in his own time. It has now been 20 years since the 2nd coming, still a relatively "short while" in the overall scheme of things. Remember, the 2nd coming in 1992 occurs very close to the end of that generation of 1914, that is, a generation of 80 years from 1914 to 1994. So Armageddon will come at the seeming last minute as well. Those waiting for it will feel like God is slow, but actually, God is patient, waiting to the last minute to save that last possible convert.
Since the UN is already in place and poised to take over world government, something that will happen suddenly, it could happen at any time. All the other prophesies have been fulfilled and Christ returned in 1992 and has been "reigning in the midst of his enemies" since that time.

Good questions.
First though, the "7 times" prophecy is what is directly linked to 1914 based on 2520 years from the fall of Jerusalem. The "day for a year" formula actually forces us to look at double fulfillments; that is, one fulfillment for a literal 24-hour day and one where a day substitutes for a year. Since the NB timeline lasted less than 100 years, it begs a second fulfillment that would extend 2520 years. The interpretation here is that this interval represents the period of time when an earthly representative of God's kingdom would be absent. Thus the fall of Jerusalem is linked with the date of the second coming. I accept this interpretation. But it depends on when you date the fall of Jerusalem. 607/1914 is "absolute chronology", the 2520 years from the fall of Jerusalem to the 2nd coming, though, is "relative chronology."
JWs assign three fulfillments to 1914, but only one applies:
1. The "end of the gentile times" ended on November 30, 1947 when the Jews officially came out of exile. So that's not 1914. Jerusalem was still under gentile rule in 1914. So that is just a misapplication of Luke's reference to the "appointed times of the nations."
2. A "generation" during which all these signs would occur is implied beginning with "nation vs. nation and kingdom vs. kingdom" as the first sign, and thus a world war begins this generation. This would be a generation of 80 years from 1914-1994. To be fulfilled, the 2nd coming would have to occur after the State of Israel is re-born, but before 1994.
3. 607 BCE is not the correct date for the fall of Jerusalem for several reasons:
a) The 70 years per Josephus begin with the time the people are removed off the land, and thus are dated from the last deportation in year 23. So even if you use the pouplar secular date of 537 BCE for the return from Babylon and add 70 years back to 607 BCE, it would mark year 23 of Nebuchadnezzar II and not year 19 or 18. So the "relative chronology" is wrong here.
b) But also, now the "absolute chronology" is wrong. Based on the "70 weeks" proiphecy, this prophecy must begin in the 1st of Cyrus. JWs understand this prophecy begins in 455 BCE based on 29 CE. But they date year 20 of Artaxerxes to 455 BCE rather than the 1st of Cyrus. If the 1st of Cyrus actually occurred in 455 BCE before revisions in the secular timeline, then the 23rd year of Nebuchadnezzar II would fall in 525 BCE and the fall of Jerusalem would be dated to 529 BCE. That means the 2nd coming would fall in 1992 rather than 1914! Our concern here is that 1992 is, indeed, still before the end of a generation that began in 1914 that ends in 1994. So that works out. It is not difficult now to confirm that 455 BCE, indeed, is the Biblical date for the 1st of Cyrus. This is "absolute chronology" applied to the fall of Jerusalem.
c) Finally, the fall of Jerusalem occurs in year 19 of Nebuchadnezzar II and not year 18. The WTS is dating the 18th rather than the 19th year of Neb2 to 607 BCE.
END OF THE GENTILE TIMES: As noted above, the end of the gentile times or the end of the appointed times of the nations occurs on November 30, 1947 when the UN Partition Agreement went into effect, ending Jewish exile. This also ends the "1290 days" mentioned in Daniel 12. "Happy is the one keeping in expectation of the 1335 days!" 1335 days is 45 days more than the 1290 days. Applying a "day for a year" formula, this means the 2nd coming should have occurred 45 years after 1947, and thus in 1992. But we know that when we date the 1st of Cyrus to 455 BCE.
So 607 BCE is incorrect for the fall of Jerusalem, but so is the secular date of 587 BCE. Neither is the fall of Babylon correct for 539 BCE. All these dates are too early because of expansion of the Persian Period. Our best Biblical reference to getting the dates of the NB Period correct is dating the 1st of Cyrus to 455 BCE, then adding 70 years back to the last deportation, year 23. In that case, again, Jerusalem falls in year 19, 529 BCE. That dates the 2nd coming in 1992, the same date you get when you add 45 years to 1947.
So as usual, the WTS, now the "evil slave" and "false prophet" only have part of it correct, but the refined understanding belong to the elect.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT? The reason why it is important is relative, particularly for JWs since the fall of Jerusalem is linked to the 2nd coming by the "7 times prophecy." But we can date the second coming to 1992 by two other year-specific prophecies. We don't have to unravel all the revised records and complications of ancient history to try to establish the true original date for the reign of Nebuchadnezzar II.
So it is going to be more significant for the elect and, in particular, JWs since they have developed a lot of the Bible chronology prophecies, to get it right. It is a technical correction.

france seems to indicate that there is some symbolic significance to the breaking of the bread.

Also, the "breaking" is specific to unleavened bread. Leavened bread has the form of a loaf. But unleavend bread is more like a cracker, so it "breaks." I think we all visualize Christ pulling apart a loaf of bread rather than breaking a large cracker.

DATA: My new philosophy is: If someone starts giving dates, run... There is no such thing as Bible Chronology.
ROFL! That's the chicken way out because Bible chronology is complex. But remember, the true understanding was a secret to be sealed up until the end-times (Daniel 12:4 " “And as for you, O Daniel, make secret the words and seal up the book, until the time of [the] end. Many will rove about, and the [true] knowledge will become abundant.”)
So now that we're here during the end-times, the CHRONOLOGY in the Bible is now understood by the elect, not that anyone like yourself who doesn't believe in chronology is paying attention. Here is just a few of the corrections:
1. The "7 times" prophecy which JWs understand to be 2520 years from the fall of Jerusalem to the 2nd coming is an accurate interpretation. The only thing wrong is that the dates for the NB period were revised by the Persians and so the fall of Babylon in 539 BCE is an inaccurate date, the date upon which the WTS bases its ancient timeline for Babylon. This though has now been corrected by the VAT4956 which is an astronomical text created as a diary, with over a hundred references that match the revised chronology, but provides a context for placing lunar observations from the original chronology. Thus all the lines in the text match 568 BCE for year 37 of Nebuchadnezzar. But there are "errors" in the text in Lines 3 and 14 which do not match 568 BCE. But they are from the same lunar cycle and thus not a mistake -- these had to be deliberately placed in the text. But why? Obviously to date back to the original timeline. If so, then year 511 BCE must be considered the original year 37 of Nebuchadnezzar. In that case, year 19, the fall of Jerusalem, occurs in 529 BCE. That means the date of the second coming must occur in 1992.
2. The "1335 days" prophecy. This basically dates the 2nd coming 45 years after the end of the trampling of the Jews, that is, the end of their tribulation for having left God's covenant. When that occurs, they come out of exile and are reestablished into their "promised land." This ends the symbolic 1290 days. The Jews came out of exile when the gentile times ended on November 30, 1947. We can thus use 1947 to date the second coming 45 years later. But note, it is the same date as #1 above! 1290 + 45 = 1335. 1947 + 45 = 1992
See? Bible chronology works pefectly when you have the right information.
But, everybody is not smart enough or focussed enough to deal with ancient history or chronology. For instance, both the Bible and Josephus claim that the 70 years of exile and servitude begin in year 23 of Nebuchadnezzar and end in the 1st of Cyrus. This contradicts the popular Neo-Babylonian timeline by 26 years ! That is, the bible's NB Period is 26 years longer than the current records. The average person then draws a blank here and stops in their tracks like a deer caught in the headlights. They go no further, ask no more questions. But the obvious issue is that one of these references are incorrect. When we start to investigate, though, we find the records now in place do not come from the NB Period at all, but were "copies" (i.e. revisions) from the Persian Period. One document is dated during the reign of Darius II. So we not only know there were revisions, we know who made those revisions, the Persians, who also employed Greek historians like Herodotus and Xenophon to spread historical propagana among the Greeks. Yet, it seems not to occur to a lot of scholars why Greeks are suddenly writing history of the Persians. It's propaganda.
But now we have several ways to correct this timeline. From a Biblical point of view, for instance, the "70 weeks" prophecy is our best chance at getting some "absolute" dating for the NB Period. Even CO Jonsson says that Cyrus should have sulfilled this prophecy and began the "70 weeks" because it begins with the rebuilding of Jerusalem. Martin Anstey clearly came to that conclusion in his "Romance of Bible Chronology" where he first noticed that the Persian Period was 82 years too long in comparison to the Bible. But few follow this reference.
But if you date the 1st of Cyrus to 455 BCE, the year even JWs begin this prophecy based on Jesus' baptism in 29 CE, then indeed, the Persian period is 82 years too long, combined with the NB Period being 26 years too short. But you can easily apply this to the reign of Nebuchadnezzar since the 1st of Cyrus is exactly 70 years after the last deportation, year 23 of Nebuchadnezzar. Just add 70 to 455 to get 525 BCE for year 23. that means year 19 falls in 529 BCE, which is now confirmed by the VAT4956 and other astronomical diaries created during the Seleucid Period to preserve secret references to the original timeline. So even the Bible would date the 2nd coming in 1992.
But, now that we have the correct understanding -- does it work! That is, did Jesus really return in 1992. The answer is YES! He returned on December 25, 1992, just as prophesied by the CHRONOLOGY.
So contrary to some's thinking, Bible chronology does indeed exist and it does indeed work, but only if you have the correct information. When you do, it works out perfectly and is perfectly fulfilled.

i was being told this was some "symbolic action" we were supposed to take towards the wt version of the faithful and discreet slave.

The "faithful and discreet slave" who inherits all of God's belongings is JESUS CHRIST.
This can be related in overview to the parable of the "rich man and Lazarus" where Lazarus at first is seen to be unfaithful, outside the gate of the rich man who is seated at a table of food. The rich man represents the GB. Lazarus is a disfellowshipped person, represented by his being outside the gate of the rich man, thus outside the organization at this point. He has spiritual ulcers which makes him unclean. His ulcers are licked by dogs which shows a connection between the dogs and why Lazarus has been disfellowshipped. The dogs represent straight or bisexual men who sodomize prostitutes. In ancient times, male prostitutes, dressed as women would prostitute themselves and engage in anal intercourse in the fashion that dogs have intercourse, so those men got the nickname of being "dogs." Thus, Lazarus is a male prostitute and he has been disfellowshipped for homosexuality. At this point, the rich man is the faithful slave and Lazarus is the unfaithful slave. Lazarus represents the person into whom Christ would dwell at the second coming. Christ could not use his original body and thus has to use the body and identity of one of his followers to become flesh again. Christ took on many appearances after his resurrection to emphasize that when he returns he would be in another body. Apparently, the last body and appearance he took up was of the body and appearance of the person he would inhabit at the second coming, who is Lazarus in the parable. Thus, again, in the beginning, the rich man is the faithful slave and Lazarus is the unfaithful slave.
But then things change. We see Lazarus now in the bosom position of the father, which means he has now become the messiah. But the rich man, the Governing Body, is now in torment, cast out by Jehovah. Thus in the end, the GB is no longer the faithful and discreet slave, but Lazarus is. Lazarus, Jesus Christ in the flesh, is now the faithful and discreet slave.
So in reality, that is what has happened. On December 25, 1992 I became anointed as the Christ. Christ began to dwell in my physical body to effect his appearance at the second coming. So I am now in the bosom position of the father. Note that Lazarus always loved knowledge, wishing for just a crumb to knowledge. Now he has all the knowledge and all the accurate truth and that is tormenting the GB, the rich man.
To that's exactly the situation now. Christ returned in 1992 through me. Now I'm the one who has all the knowledge. In the end, like the prodigal son, I'm the faithful one but the GB has been unfaithful. But the results is evident. I have all the accurate knowledge now. I can point out the false teachings of the GB and the WTS. That is only possible if Jehovah gives you that insight. Even so, being the Christ I will inherit everything, all of God's belongings.
But, of course, that is characteristic of the situation with Jesus Christ. God makes it work out that he fulfills practically everything. Who but the returned Jesus Christ would be in charge of all of God's belongings? The WTS is confused over this since they think that Christ's return would not be in the flesh but would be invisible and in spirit. But the Bible labels the "antichrist" with that doctrine:
1 John 2:2 YOU gain the knowledge of the inspired expression from God by this: Every inspired expression that confesses Jesus Christ as having come in the flesh originates with God, 3 but every inspired expression that does not confess Jesus does not originate with God. Furthermore, this is the antichrist’s [inspired expression] which YOU have heard was coming..."
The WTS is now saying that Jesus Christ returned in 1914 in spirit, not in the flesh.
Anyway, the person who ends up with all of God's belongings and turns out to be the faithful and discreet slave is none other than Jesus Christ at the second coming, who does return in the flesh, but "in the clouds", meaning not in his own body but through the body of someone else. His own first human body was given up in sacrifice so he must use someone else's body at the second coming. He doesn't have to be perfect so he doesn't have to be born again without a human father.
So now you know.

the concept of 1975, that is, that the 1000-year rule woudl be a sabbath day in the 7000-year long 7th Creative Day is a good concept. The only thing wrong there is the confusion over the ancient chronology and the inability of the WTS scholars to figure out co-rulerships during the divided-kingdom period. Most manage to figure out about 47 years of co-rulerships (i.e. via E.R. Thiele), but not the WTS, thus they gain about 47 years of extra timeline for this period. Add to that the extra 20 years they add to the popular secular timeline and their date for the Exodus is some 67 years earlier than that of the secular date, that is, 1513 vs. 1446 BCE. Even so, the secular date is still some 60 years earlier than the original timeline date for the Exodus in 1386 BCE. So 1975 is actually some 127 years too early; what is linked to 1975 should be linked to 2102 AD.
But 1874 and 1914 are still critical Biblical events. 1874 begins Christ's "parousia" that is, when "Michael stands up" (Daniel 12:1) to begin preparations for the 2nd coming. It marks the 120-year generation from 1874-1994. 1914 marks an 80-year generation from 1914-1994, before which the 2nd coming was to shortly take place. The 2nd coming occurred on December 25, 1992 and the first and last passover celebration by Christ after his return was April 6, 1993. So the prophecy about the "last generation" which must begin with a world war and thus in 1914, did come true and the focus on 1874 and 1914, though not completely accurate are still valid Bible chronology event years. But 1925 and 1975 have no Biblical significance other than the interpretations behind them. 1925 is based on 70 jubilees of 3500 years from the time the Jews enter the promised land. This is based on poor chronology since dumped by the WTS. The actual fulfillment is 70 jubilees of 49 years each (3430 years vs 3500 years) from the time Moses was 30 in 1435 BCE to 1996. The final jubilee period of 49 years begins in 1947 when the gentile times ends. This fulfills 1290 days thus pointing to the 2nd coming in 1992. We have the refined truth available to us now so we can crorect WTS errors in detail.
BOTTOM LINE: Just because the WTS gets things wrong or distorted doesn't mean a true interpretation and understanding does not work. The WTS may be invalidated but that does not apply to the Bible and those given the holy spirit to understand how these prophecies work and apply in modern times.
