Camels werent domesticated during Abraham's time?
by cyberjesus inone of the many factors that made me loose faith in the bible was the fact that camels were not domesticated during abrahams era.
i read this on the book "the bible unearthead".
do you know of any other evidence that shows camels were domesticated after 1000 bce.

The best way to prove to a JW that 1914 is a false prophecy!!
by cyberjesus in.... .... .... .... .... it doesnt matter!
jws will not hear or reason any argument!
even if you had a time machine and took them straight to the fall of jerusalem and then to the day rusell went to egypt and measure the pyramids.

Having a hard time reasoning with JW? More Science about it
by cyberjesus inwhy bad beliefs dont die.featuregregory w. lestervolume 24.6, november / december 2000because beliefs are designed to enhance our ability to survive, they are biologically designed to be strongly resistant to change.
to change beliefs, skeptics must address the brains survival issues of meanings and implications in addition to discussing their data.. because a basic tenet of both skeptical thinking and scientific inquiry is that beliefs can be wrong, it is often confusing and irritating to scientists and skeptics that so many peoples beliefs do not change in the face of disconfirming evidence.
how, we wonder, are people able to hold beliefs that contradict the data?.
