  New Jeremiah Book Question

  if anyone has this book, could you please quote or scan whatever section covers jeremiah 25 and the 70 years issue in that chapter?.

  some in my family thought that a new jeremiah release would answer my 'questions' about the 70 years interpretation.

  now, i am sure they will be happy to hear about this book, thinking that 'jehovah has provided the food at the proper time.

  theme was something about "loyalty to jehovah's visible organization".. i have neither the time nor inclination to summarize the whole thing, but a few points stood out:.

  even if it causes you personal hardship.

  example: joshua & caleb returned from spy trip to promised land with good report, but were "outvoted" by the other 10 spies.

  The sad thing is most JWs will think that this is very exciting and are looking forward to whatever confusing and difficult 'special instructions' the GB has in store for them.

  How many "no's" do you think the average JW gets in a lifetime?

  how many rejections " i'm not interested" , "go away" , " no's" in other words all rejections do you think the average jw gets?

  theres only so much of that a person can take isn't there?.

  we don't even get peace in the inner sanctuary of a restroom anymore.

  there is a satanic game being played now on the internet called, "world of warcraft".

  it is a role playing game (dungeons and dragons on steroids!).

  it is so captivating and bewitching that children and teenagers are getting hooked.

  there was a family in my cong that i was really close to...dad's an elder, mom's a pioneer, they had a son and daughter.

  about 5yrs ago though, when i was still in my jw trance - the son married a non-jw and faded while the daughter was df'd.

  due to my judgemental training, i 'shunned' both of them out of duty (not because i didn't care about them).

  ive been lurking here for the past couple of months since i started researching the organization.

  i dont have many people to talk to and its been a saving grace to read your posts.. i dont really know where to start so here i go.

  its been a long journey getting here and it looks as if i still have a long ways to go to get somewhere healthy, stable and strong.
