I have just left my parents home and the JW's about six months ago and have found it hard to get over.

i finally desided to leave the witnesses therefore my family and basicly everyone and everything i had ever known.

i was 19 about to be 20 and i had just finished my first semester at a community college.

i was shocked at the respons of my father and others about me attending college at first they were ok but behind my back they were pretty much betting on my failier.

Hi Stephanie! Another group that you can check out is A Common Bond, a support group for current and ex-Witnesses that are gay. My sister found them helpful when she left the jws. I met the group in my area and found them to be really nice!

Great movie! At the end, I got the impression that he chose to live with the delusion- sometimes, living a lie is easier than reality.

i wasn't there,but i heard a lot of people approached them after the meeting.

Over 40 Lady and want a tatoo, What do you think?

i've always liked tatoos and disagreed with the wt's stand on them.

i just turned 42 on may 14 and think its about time i get one.

nothing drastic, just a small lilly flower on my left shoulder.

If you want something unique, draw something yourself, have an artist friend draw it, or ask the tattoo artist to sketch something out.
