  i am currently an skeptic, but i have to admit that i can't assure that all the stuff of early christianity was false.. for instance, we know that the genuine letters of paul were written before the destruction of jerusalem.

  so, paul affirmed that jesus resurrected, though he was not there when it supposedly happened.

  but, if jesus did not resurrect, why didn't the jews expose this falsehood?.

  bioflex: If he wasnt raised from the dead we woudnt be having this conversation.

  Why not? It is claimed that Sai Baba raised at least one person from the dead; since that's obviously debateable (and yes; it is claimed there was eye witnesses) does that mean any such conversation proove it did happend because otherwise "we wouldnt be having this conversation"?

  Well, you see, if you begin the conversation by simply assuming the bible is true you are just assuming the conclusion. How would you react to a muslim who started a conversation on whether muhammed was the last prophet of god by saying: "I believe in the quran" and insisted that belief prooved you was wrong?

  What if a JW said: I believe the governing body is gods mouth piece and therefore you are wrong because they say so. Is that a rational argument?

  Exactly, i believe the account of the bible is true and therefore he was raised. Again, i can understand if you dont believe the bible.

  see above. you are just assuming the conclusion: "I believe the earth is flat because i believe this book is true which says the earth is flat so there you go".

  There is no point of having this argument if you consider my source(bible) as irrelivant.

  I do not consider the bible to be irrelevant at all; it contain what the authors want to put into words.

  If you take the bible out then there would be no Jesus, Paul, and the other biblical folk and we would not be having this conversation.

  okay but i do not "take the bible out". I just don't accept what's in the bible as being automatically true just like you do not accept what's in other books (religious or not) to be automatically true.

  This naturally does not change the observation your "facts" are no such thing as the shortest consideration of the meaning of "fact" and "oppinion" should make you realize.

  1. The fact that he was raised proves bodily ressurection

  Circular argument. you cannot begin an argument if jesus was resurrected by assuming he was raised from the dead.

  2. The fact that his mortal body did not see corruption(decay) proves a bodily resurrection

  unwarrented assumption: You do not know his body did not decay.

  3. The fact that he still had the marks from his cricifixion proves bodily resurrection.

  circular argument. if you assume the account of the bible is true then he was raised; but the issue is if the account is true.

  incase you haven't heard yet, there is now a new breed of cat, the lykoi.

  now this cat is the result of some mutation that occassionally happened and some breeders got 2 of these cats that got this mutation and successfully breed them, and now there are breeders and it's a type of cat now.

  this cat has a preditory nature, they say it's similar to a hound dog.

  the following e-mail is circulating among jws about the international convention at fedex stadium in landover, md.

  note the all-too-familiar jw claims: everything they do (including the simple act of parking cars) is proof of jehovah'stm blessing, and everything wt did at the convention was the fastest, greatest, best ever.

  oh, and the never-fails-to-get-mentioned alleged 'persecution'/resistance from some unnamed authority who tried to get in watchtower's way and hamper the effort...but jws prevailed anyway (as always):.

  "the new straits times article, titled "us analysts conclude mh17 downed by aircraft," lays out evidence that ukrainian fighter aircraft attacked the jetliner with first a missile, then with bursts of 30-millimeter machine gun fire from both sides of mh17.

  the russian army has already presented detailed radar and satellite data showing a ukrainian sukhoi-25 fighter jet tailing mh17 shortly before the jetliner crashed.

  the kiev regime denied that its fighters were airborne in the area, however.

  Yes, this must be absolutely true! This would also explain why the rebels are putting obstacles in the way for a public investigation by international experts; certainly they have their disagreements with the Ukranian government, but they would not be downright DISLOYAL to their former motherland

  What may seem slightly strange (however i am certain there is a reasonable explanation) is why Russia is not sending forth a team of investigators to take pictures of bullet-riddled plane parts.

  CERTAINLY this fine piece of journalism cut right through the propaganda.
