  i don't want biblical answer, but from any watchtower publication.

  has that question ever been answered in any watchtower publications?.

  please, give me some references.. i expect answer from debator, alice, bane, scholar or any other active jehovah's witness.

  Seriously, in my opinion this is one of the major errors in their doctrine and they must know it is (at least Dan Sydlik knew it already back in the 70s) - and still they are too proud and stubborn to change it. They just cant admit that they have been wrong all this time. It was originally Rutherford's idea and the GB loves that tradition more than what the Bible actually teaches.

  About Sydlik, from the freeminds site: "In the mid-70, when I was at Bethel, my friend Dan Sydlik told me that the other sheep of John 10 were the Gentiles. That made so much sense to me, and it fit so well with the actual state of affairs, that I rejected the two-class fiction then and there, even when I thought that the WTS was still God's organization."

  Did you ever voice disagreement at the Watchtower study?

  it was only after leaving that i realised just how absurd and inaccurate many of the statements in the wt study really are.

  the tag-team application of "this generation" is a classic example.. i'm interested to know if anyone who was in "good standing" actually did speak up at a meeting and challenge what's in the study.

  what was the reaction?.

  i wonder if anyone actually enjoys them.

  i have heard scattered reports about how a few actually enjoyed at least a few of the older songs (back when there were 225 of them).

  but i have heard nothing but reports of the new songs being impossible to properly sing, very poorly written or performed, or downright blasphemous and promoting blatant idolatry.

  The no beard or facial hair rule

  okay, something that has always been a side point but still a rather ridiculous rule is that brothers cannot "serve" if they have a beard/goatee/anything more than just a moustache.

  at least in the states, i've heard of some congregations in some countries allow this, but they are the exception?

  your experience?.

  In Scandanavia, it's 100% a matter of taste. There are lots of elders with beards.

  I dont know where you got this information, at least in this Scandinavian country I live in there is not ONE elder with beard. Its not acceptable here, no way.

  They used to be mentioned in KMs before soon after the memorial (at least in my country, I mean numbers of my country, not the whole world) but this year they only mentioned the number of attendance, not partakers. I wonder why...

  The GB is smaller now than it has ever been (since the GB arrangement in current form started in 1971). I dont believe it will be like this for long, they might suddenly appoint 5 new ones or so, like in 2000 they appointed 4.

  Weaver is black but I dont know if anointed or not. Bowen and Malenfant are (anointed).
