WTS, Faithful Slave or Evil Slave?

does the wts fit the description of the evil slave in jesus parable?.

i'd like to see everyone that cares to discuss that.

sometimes when i read that parable, it occurs to me that maybe it's the wts that better fits the description of the evil slave, the one who beat his brothers, abused them.

When they are beating their brothers because these brothers dont believe in all of their interpretations about prophecy etc by kicking them out of the congregation, then they are pretty evil imo.

Yeah.. it might be.. but it would still be interesting to hear about these guys. Is there any slightest possibility that one of them would see how things really are in the org. and start reforming things?

Have you had any personal experiences about any of these? Is any of them reasonable? It would be very interesting to hear. I dont know much about them, except that Losch had said in Gilead that "many things our publications should be changed" or something like that and that Pierce treated harshly some pedophile victims. Oh and I heard a talk by Herd on the net and it was really scary and cold stuff.

One of the Governing Body had a stroke yesterday

on may 19th, theodore jaracz had a stroke.

he's in very serious condition in the hospital.. that's all the information i have for now.. barb.

what would you think if a co said the following things from the platform?

during a talk entitled the spirit and the bride keep on saying "come" he goes off at a tangent talking about how from 1920 to 1925 we said "millions now living will never die".

he went into great detail about how at first the title was "may" but was changed to"will".

We just had this same talk and there was nothing about the millions will never die -thing.

Regarding Elders Snooping On Facebook, MySpace & Other Sites

i was reading the thread of how an elder parent was snooping on his daughter's facebook.. i believe that many jws, not just elders probably snoop around to see what some witnesses are doing, whether they be inactive, disassociated or active.. do you think jws "snoop" on the internet or if they have access to your computer, do you think they'll try to uncover something about you?.

I have heard there have been some judicial committees already based on Jw-photos that some elders have seen on facebook. These elders have probably thought like "wow this is a clever way to find out what those youths are really doing" because otherwise they would have no idea. But I guess many young Jws are now quite careful about what to put on facebook or who to choose as friends because they know they might be busted.

jehovah`s witness`s have the most stable marriages..very few jehovah`s witness`s cheat on thier mates..most jehovah`s witness`s stay married for thier entire lifes to the same person..jehovah`s witness`s have the happiest marriages!..becoming jehovah`s witness`s,has saved many marriages..................................................my experience has taught me none of that is true.................what is your experience?............................outlaw.

I know a small congregation where 2 elders abandoned their wives and married another sister from the same congregation and this all happened within one year (all of them were disfellowshiped but reinstated few years later). Such great examples to the flock!
