  Need 4/1/09 Watchtower Scan - Purty Please?

  if anyone can oblige me, please - i will be soooo grateful!.

  i need scans of the "born again - what does it mean" series of articles in the april 1, 2009 watchtower magazine, pages 3 through 12.. i found audio files at jw.org, but need to be able to print it out.

  i unsuccessfully downloaded something from that site - windows wouldn't open it after it was done.

  new anointed rejected by the wt-society.

  i listened through the lates download wt, june 15, 2009. www.jw.org there is an article: the faithful steward and its governing body.. this article makes it clear that new anointed will not be consulted in preparing spiritual food.

  other sheep are also told in other words not to listen to the opinion of new anointed in the congregations.. .

  The GB has already printed that the FDS is represented by the GB. I will try to pull the exact source later today, it might be in the new "Gods Love" book.

  Running ahead of Jehovah

  as i was exiting the society back in 1992, the elders were frantically trying to reason with me and kept saying that i was trying to run ahead of jehovah or running ahead of the organization?

  just what does that entail?.

  or they would tell me to "wait on jehovah" and eventually some of my beliefs/issues will be in line with the truth.

  Just another cult control tactic. Like you can "get ahead" of Jehovah. Assumes god is less intelligent than humans.

  Actually means dont run ahead of the GB, or dont read the scriptures on your own and reach your own (logical) conclusions.

  Can anyone even think of a scripture they use to back this up?

  they love their "universal issue" of gods sovereignty, and how it must take thousands of years to prove his point that he has the right to rule (just barf stupid!

  Oh but you forgot the 1,000 years = a day in Jehovah's eyes.

  So its only been 6 days, at least according to Franz math.

  Gonna be millions of human years just to get to a hundred in God's eyes

  if you're still going out in service or you know about the new field service arrangements now that book studies in private homes have been discontinued, please share your experiences.. when, and where do you meet?

  are you in the same group you were before the dissolution of the private book study arrangement?.

  any encourgaing/discouraging comments from the brothers and sisters?.

  I thought at first the number of people out was down, maybe it was just the cold months. Seems to be about back to normal lately. Not much difference overall, but I do notice the disconnect between the group overseers and the pubs. This will only grow larger as time goes by and the groups get shuffled around.

  Unlike the Mosaic Law, "the law of the Christ" invites its adherents to live more by conscience and principle than by written rules.

  Biggest lie in this lesson. Nobody inserts more "written" and "unwritten" rules into their religion. Later on in the book they have a section on holiday, birthdays, etc. In that section they lay out why "True Christians" shouldn't participate in toasting.

  for those attending, a couple of possible comments for the service meeting.

  there is a "2009 yearbook" part where the audience gets to gush over the statistics that they found interesting.

  how bout "i was really impressed with the number of memorial partakers last year, with an increase of about 10% over last year and nearly 10,000 partakers, it looks like we will be privileged to have many anointed with us for some time" or.

  For those attending, a couple of possible comments for the Service Meeting. There is a "2009 Yearbook" part where the audience gets to gush over the statistics that they found interesting. How bout "I was really impressed with the number of Memorial partakers last year, with an increase of about 10% over last year and nearly 10,000 partakers, it looks like we will be privileged to have many anointed with us for some time" or

  "With almost 1.5 billion hours spent in FS last year, and nearly 300,000 baptized, it now only takes an average of 5,000 hours in FS to bring someone into the truth!"
