  it was 22 years ago tonight that john lennon died, gunned down by an insane fan, mark david chapman.

  i was making brownies and my first husband was watching monday night football.

  he called me to the living room and i heard howard cosell make the announcement.

  Lin,

  Thank you for looking out for me, but I don't have any money to give anyone. I have been talking with Yizuman via email and I believe he is in a bind. I also think he went over-board by asking for money. I emailed him about that and asked him to apologize to Simon and to retract the request for money cause it was wrong to do so.

  I honestly think he was just paniced about loosing his home and did something without thinking, which was asking everyone on the forum for cash.

  I have said things here that I wish I could take back, and I hope everyone here will understand this was a mistake and let it go.

  I also want to say thank you to those who have given Yizuman suggestions on how to help his situation.

  mmmmm beer :)

  i know alot of people don't like beer, but i have been drinking beer since i was 7 yrs old.

  i love the stuff!!!.

  i was drinking bud light but my bf drinks dark beer (which i hated), but from kissing him for more than a yr now.

  Since I have worked in bars for 6yrs and bartended for a couple of those yrs, I have experimented with alcohol alot.

  Joan----When we got the hard lemonade in our bar (bartending at the time) we put grenidine (cherry flavor--like the one used in cherry vodka sours), and next we tried the rasberry (very good), we also tried the blue curaso (the liquor that makes a blue hawiian blue), that was a bad idea, but it looked cool, tasted bitter though.

  I love merlot, as long as it isn't too dry.

  As far as the hard liquors, I have burned myself out on all but two. Jager, and an orange flavored conac.(sp?)

  But beer goes with most things and that is what I drink the most of. I was over at cruzanheart's house last night and she served a great merlot!!!!!!!!!! Thanx nina.

  I don't like drinks that are too sweet, only from time to time will I drink something sweet. Hey, give me a break, I don't even drink soda.

  Scar-------well let me explain, he has a goat-tee (1/2 beard with mustash) so when he drinks and I kiss him I can taste the beer and sometimes it is in his mustash, so I get a few drops that way too. He isn't messy when he drinks don't get me wrong, but facial hair has a way of getting in the way sometimes. So, I was constintly tasting the dark beer on his breath and from his facial hair. It isn't alot, but after a yr, I just got used to the taste and now I drink dark beer too.

  LB---I opened my last shiner which inspired the ? I have never tried that kind before, I will have to next time I go to a bar, if they have it.
