  let's say suzy witness told the elders in her jw congregation that her jw father had been secretly forcing blood transfusions on her when they were alone.

  what would happen?

  how differently the matter would be treated than if she went to them and told them she had been being molested?.

  they won't be satified until they disfellowship bill.

  If they do disfellowship him it will prove our point!When the media gets wind of this everybody is going to know just how corrupt the org. is.

  If they had any sense they would just leave it alone,but they dont,and they will be the ones responsible for their own demise ...its a beautiful thing!

  just curious as to who is single and who is not on this board.i have been with my boyfriend going on 3 years now.

  we just moved in together in feb.for the most part we get along great but he has some weird habits.he also thinks i spend too much time on this site(which i do...but heck i finally belong!!

  )so its hard to relate to him on the subject.he thinks i should just forget about it.sometimes i think i might be better off with someone who has more or less been where i have.

  Just curious as to who is single and who is not on this board.I have been with my boyfriend going on 3 years now. We just moved in together in Feb.For the most part we get along great but he has some weird habits.He also thinks i spend too much time on this site(which I do...but heck I finally belong!!)So its hard to relate to him on the subject.He thinks I should just forget about it.Sometimes i think i might be better off with someone who has more or less been where i have.(Maybe not,they might be as screwed up as i am)

  NPR Broadcast on JW Pedophile Issue 7/20

  new hampshire public radio broadcast another scathing report on the witnesses' pedophile problem early this morning on a program called reporting religion.

  i think the show is a bbc program, and may be somewhat connected to the panorama broadcast.

  i would imagine the program was or will be aired on any number of npr stations across the country this weekend, so check it out.. .

  What is the toll of rejection to JW's?

  what is the toll of rejection to jw's?.

  growing up as a witness you face rejection at every corner.. you go to school aged 5 and soon you are invited to a bithday party.you run home excited, but your parents say you cant go , a tell you to say you are a jehovahs witness.after that you friends are never the same , they treat you as someone different.some won't even be your friends anymore.you go through school having to miss holidays , religious services etc, and you can tell the teachers think you're odd.if your lucky enought to be quite a well balanced personality it may not effect you that much.or does it?.

  do the scars of rejection dig deeper than you think?.

  Hi Mary,
  when i read your post it sounded just like when i was kid. I was just thinking how much it really has affected how i am today. I have a great job, wonderful boyfriend,and nice things.My boyfreind tells me he loves me every day, yet I have a hard time believing it at times, I think sometimes that i am unworthy of his love.I worry that my boss will some day fire me, even tho he gives me no indication that he will.I feel like I don't deserve the nice things i have and that one day I will lose everything.
  I often wonder what I would be like today if i never was a JW.
