Should we close the national school system for a disease with a
projected .0001% student fatality rate when we left it open for a
different disease with about five times that rate (i.e. the 2018 flu
season)?
The problem with schools opening is that there are also a high number of adults who work in schools as well parents involved., there is the possibility of transference by children to adults to be considered.
This whole subject of shut down not only has to do with who will get the virus to their effect but who will transfer over the virus to others, which can be a real deadly game to play around with.
Shut downs are starting to be removed with precautionary measures thankfully.
The other concerns at hand will be the financial cost to small businesses and unemployment, not to mention the blooming tax bill which is going up and up.
