this morning i’ll be playing tennis again.
while most people have been holed up in their houses, i have regularly played the sport outside.
The only time I've worn a mask is when I recently got a professional hair cut, no big deal.
Been out grocery shopping, working in construction, outdoor activities ..... no mask.
As of recent daily reports, the virus has been subdued for now in my neck of the woods Vancouver BC.
Will see what happens in the fall, October, November.
what does everyone think will happen next on the back of the coronavirus pandemic?.
these are my suggestions;.
1) coronavirus will have a disproportionate effect on jw ‘growth’ countries like in south america and africa.
But what about if a vaccine is developed and distributed to the population.
All will go back to the way it was pre Covid ?
Assemblies and Conventions will be back.
The reinsertion of the brainwashing, the F.O.G. will return and so will the money accumulation.

The Covid -19 virus was detrimentally more harmful and more contagious than the other known flu viruses, hence the shut downs.

Yes the government shut downs were a waste of time and effort, not only in the UK but all over the world.
it’s always been 10 hours when door to door was active.
i’m curious of how it’s changed with only letter writing and phone witnessing approved.. i’m curious if they are able to do it for 3 hours like a typical door to door morning.

i have just become aware of a book, published in the us in 1935, called 'war is a racket', by smedley d butler, a former marine major general who was very critical of the us involvement in ww1.
since it was apparently a popular book at the time, and butler was a prominent figure, i am wondering if rutherford's adoption of the slogan 'religion is a snare and a racket' may have been borrowed from butler.. if so, it wouldn't be the first time rutherford drew upon familiar terms of the 20's and 30's to create slogans or wt articles..
