And when she becomes well, you could then cut your hair & donate it to Locks of Love to make a wig for a sick kid.

Could we have a Vigil for Utopian Reformist daughter?
by kls innot to take away from the vigil for ian but all that participate in prayer or what ever you feel you do to help ian could we all also put in our thoughts for utopians daughter?
i really feel that his daughter could use our help and that utopian would know we are helping as much as we can.

How many people do you *truly* hate?
by Nosferatu ini can honestly say that there aren't many that i truly hate.
however, there is a small list.
it used to contain only two people, but a third is making it's way on that list.

Hate takes up a lot of energy & directs it in a non-productive way. I just avoid & cut off people who seem to be anti-social, hateful, or just plain disturbed. They are a waste of time. I don't hate them, I just dismiss them.
Nos, i can definitely see where you are coming from, but this is giving them a more important place in your life than they deserve. What have you found out about what can be done with the internet stalker you have?

Kristi may not make it through surgery.
by Frannie Banannie ini just got the news a little while ago.
kristi, the ms patient i've been taking care of went to the er this morning with a perforated colon and peritonitis....her bp was waaaay down and the docs have her in surgery right now, but they've told her parents it doesn't look good for kristi to make it thru this.. i was with her yesterday.
she had started the morning throwing up and her mom was there because kristi was impacted and she was trying to remedy the situation.

Filth, Lies and Sewage From Apostate Central
by Farkel init is not a difficult thing to find self-condemning words from the watchtower printing and lying corporation.
one merely needs to look at the filth and scum they spread about those who do not agree with them to find such self-condemning words.
then, simply substitute themselves for their enemies and see how true their own words ring.

I lost her.
by Fleur inmy beautiful, sweet, loving, kind grandmother passed away today.one of the only three people in my life who ever loved me unconditionally.
at the end they tell me she was not struggling, but for weeks before that, she did.
she suffered, horribly.

Simon and others: Inspiring Words and this Forum.
by Blueblades inthese inspiring words will remind you how to make your dreams come true.. "through confidence and perseverance comes the ability to succeed!".
many of you have proven that these words have inspired you to succeed in whatever endeavors you have chosen after having come out of the watchtower.. i have read simon's and many of your post's, where - in you have shown confidence, and perseverance along with the ability to succeed in whatever endeavors you have chosen for yourselves after having come out of the watchtower.
i too, after having spent 30 years serving the watchtower, two and one half years later, after having left he watchtower, i have succeeded in passing my medical examiner's tests and am now licensed to practice in one of the many health care concerns at the young age of 60.. this shows that all of us can go on and succeed after life in the watchtower.. this forum and the many nameless persons who have posted here have been an inspiration to carry on.

Do any of you ex-jws find anything wrong with Born-Again Christianity?
by booker-t inmy friend from my jw's days ran up to me on the street the other day and to my suprise he is no longer with the jw's.
it has been about 16 years since i last saw him.
he was a "devout" jw's and we used to "pioneer" together.

It's not the beliefs, it's the BEHAVIOR! When people make a point to keep bringing it up, when they become imbalanced, then it is a problem.
To each it's own, until they start preaching, pretending to "discuss", but they really have an agenda. Then it just becomes same mantra, different dogma to me.
