Pioneers and Their Way of Counting "Time"

in the congregations in my area there was an expression to the effect that 'there's counting time and then there's the way pioneers count their time'.

the watchtower's guidelines were pretty strict on when time could be counted.

some pioneers followed it and others didn't.. on particularly motivated young man comes to mind, he would work full-time or close to it and pioneer.

when i pioneered at first i didnt cheat, after a while i found my fellow pioneers couting times in ridiculus ways. then i made the mistake of not making my time and i was threatened with removal. i explained if everyone counted time like they were suposse to, the majority of people would not make there time. well "we're not talking about them" was the reply. so from that day forward i started cheating. towards the end i was trying to work full time and pioneer. it got to the point where i would just write 90 hours in, and its odd, i didnt even feel bad about that cause of the hypocricy.

Apostates defeated once again.....

boy, nanana has it all figured out. its not that we have uncovered lies that the watchtower has told, or discovered the docterines to be false. its not about that. what this is all about is the watchtower putting the convention program on the internet. its now game over.

we'll look back on this day, and remember it was the day the watchtower won, by uploading the convention program to their site. that changed everything. the watchtower is now a true religion. see you all back at the hall.

i was beyond shocked at this i do not know why i am shocked and i am shaking as i type this.

i decided to tie in by the phone line today, i live on the west coast and they are only on paragraph 3 yet a "brother" who had been an elder for years and who's wife left him years ago he is in his late 50's now just commented about selma and he said 'that later in the study it talks about a study who's husband was abusive physically and verbally, yet when the study complained the sister studying with her reminded her of who was the christian and the study realized that she was in the wrong and so her husband came in the truth.

this is why the internet is so powerful, here you have a person who made one of the most effective series of videos on youtube, who has moved on, yet with those videos still up its like he is right on youtube still helping jw's wake up. its like apostate intere$t. you leave it alone, and it still pays out.

frankly, i dont even care about the race issue, zimmerman killed a young boy, and in my opinion if its true that zimmerman was getting beat up, he could have shot him in the leg. once zimmerman has the gun pointed at martin, its check mate, and zimmerman had the situation under control. its in my opinion unacceptable to then execute martin.

yeah, exactly, as mrs jones pointed out, before taxes. sodomy is not even enough of a word to use for how taxes rape you in cases like this. so i think they should officially change the term from sodomy or f**K to tax. its easy to use in a sentance, "I will tax that ass". easy.

as many of you know my brother an elder was called on to sit in a "judicial committee" re-instatement.. the brother has in the past done all he can to prove he is repentant but this time the co was here and apparently had a few things to say to the cobe when they were discussing the process.

the co asked why the poor guy had four re-instatement hearings and why the co had received a letter from him detailing that he "did not think he could do anymore".. anyway, long story short, the co sat in the hearing and hey presto the brother was re-instated.

my brother and the co spoke with the brother and the co said that he had done well and was sorry that the process has taken so long and shook his hand.. now he mentioned the latest letter about confidentiality and said that the society is being hit left right and center with civil lawsuits and are scared as the have no way of defending them.
