People approach me very easily. I claim to have a good ear and a good shoulder. And will never share a confidence.
Sometimes it feels a little heavy. Especially when I am dealing with my own demons.
But most of the time, it makes me feel good. I see it as "instant karma" :-)

?i just got one because i've been having alot of trouble with my nose being very dry and the back of my throat felt sore from it.i heard about them from tv.the oprah show i think.i also was had a sinus headache today.. i'll tell ya it was a strange feeling when i was doing it.i felt kinda like i was almost drowning but i could still breath through my mouth.my nose feels better it's not dry any more and my sore throat is gone and my head still hurts a little but not as bad.i think i'll try using it again later today after i wake up to go to work tonight..

did it ever occur to any of you that blakeseeley and carlhernz could be separate people posting from the same computer?
if they are then it follows that their vocabularies and writing styles may be similar; if one is a journalist (even part-time) perhaps the other is as well.. it could be that one is visiting the other; carlhernz said that blakeseeley was in florida at present but would be returning to texas soon.. why not step back, take a few deep breaths...and unlock that thread?.
