The perception of an intelligent, mobilized, and active adherent will garner positive attention. Imagine a sister/brother with a bachelors in nursing, they can work a "Baylor" shift (2-days, 16 hours each day) and still have at 4 or 5 days for pioneering. Additionally, someone with a BSN can travel to other territories or foreign lands since their profession is highly in demand and still find employment and again have time for pioneering or other missionary work.
