And what about those idiots that waste all that gas and time running around preaching the message of global Noahide Law (and work to bring it to reality)? And waste all that gas going to so many meetings, including traveling several hundred kilometers to attend big boasting sessions? And waste time and pollution going to McDonalds every day for lunch, polluting with all those plastic wrappers and straws just so they can keep their time going.

Ruin those Ruining th Earth
by peacefulpete init has been mentioned before but since we have been discussing environmental issues on another thread, i thought it might be timely to discuss rev 11:18 which has recently become a popular text for those christians concerned about environmental threats of pollution and climate change.
is this passage being interpreted correctly?
did the writer somehow anticipate the modern environmental situation, or did he intend something more in keeping with the bible's general concerns of morality and sin?.

As Seen On TV....Have You Ever Tried Any Of Their Products?
by minimus inif you have , was it worth what you paid?

Most of the stuff I ordered from TV were quite expensive for what you get. The Torso Tiger, for instance, consists of the roller connected to knee pads through stretching cords that can be adjusted for difficulty. I paid about 80 toilet papers for it in 2000, and I believe it would have been better nearer 30 (though with less incentive to use it until it broke). The worst was the swivel sweeper, which became useless after only a few uses.
Some of the music is fair, though. They had Time Life collections offered, that really did offer songs from the period. I ordered a set of mid to late 1960s music, which was decent. The only fault was that most Time Life songs tend to run shorter than what you can get on iTunes or Amazon music, and get the songs you like instead of what they think you should.
The biggest issue I have with infomercial products is the long wait time. I order something directly online, it might take between 2 business days (if the warehouse is relatively near) to a week to 10 business days (if the warehouse is across the whole country). Most of these items have processing times around 3 weeks--online, it is usually a day or so. Why order something through one of those places, pay too much, and wait a month or more when you can simply go directly to a store (hopefully not walmart--they sell junk that will end up in the landfill, plus abuse employees, customers, and the neighborhood) or Amazon and get it inside a week, minus the extras I do not need, and usually for less.

Failed Predictions - If at first you don't succeed - keep on sucking till you do
by Terry injehovah's witnesses aren't the only group whose forecasts, predictions, scare-stories, and data jumbling go awry.take a look:https://cei.org/blog/wrong-again-50-years-failed-eco-pocalyptic-predictions.
what's interesting in the above article is that it is eerily familiar to jw'swho debunk false teachings.
the reprinted news-clippings have strong impactand lend gravitas to the argument.what argument?there's a huge difference between science and bullshit because scienceis supposed to test its hypotheses.well - failure is a pretty good test.. 1967: dire famine forecast by 1975.

What makes it worse is that a failed prediction can cost you salvation. Bad enough when they keep pushing dates for such as famines and hyperinflation, and people prepare for them. At least they are not messing with people's salvation hopes. But, when you start pushing predictions and people had better abide by (and teach) the bad predictions under threat of everlasting death or torment, they had better get it right or they are doing far worse.
After all, when is the last time someone has been cut off from their whole lives because they didn't buy that roll of silver quarters that someone suggested they buy to prepare for hyperinflation?

District convention to be held in assembly hall instead of stadium
by NikL inlast night they announced that this summers district convention will be held at an assembly hall.. this is the first time i've seen this happen.
there are a couple of congregations in the same hall here and they aren't going to the same ones.
they are having multiple dates.. the hall they are going to use can only hold 1500 people max.. just wondering if maybe they just couldnt get anything bigger this year or if the falling numbers are playing a part in this decision.

The smaller they make those things, the less excitement they are going to have. This is to make people's lives as dreary as possible, limiting opportunities to procreate or to find decent work. Yet, they insist on getting the same donations or more, and will run the same expenses (mostly because the parasite at the top takes so much) as with a full sized a$$embly.
Of course, there is the trade-off between making it easier to attend because it is closer, and providing a duller lifestyle. They would like to have both legendary sacrifices to attend and no opportunities, but they sometimes have to select one or the other. Best bet is to not go at all.

Does Today’s Comedy Offend You?

This is what happens when we ban all "offensive speech". A few, who are preparing to bring Noahide Law onto the whole planet, are against anyone complaining about it (and it is actually built into the law against "cursing god or its chosen people"). And, since the nature of language is that, when one term is banned, someone is going to find a substitute for it. Then, that word has to be banned, too--along with its original meaning. The vocabulary shrinks. It is intentional since there are expressions that are not supposed to be expressed at all.
And I can think of plenty of English words that have common meanings that are fine, yet are banned or soon to be banned because some obscure meaning is "offensive" to a few. Just about every color can be termed "racist", even if they are normally used to describe how things appear. "Red"? That, and any other word used to denote this color (and you find it all the time if you drive--red lights and stop signs), is also an offensive term to denote "Native Americans" (once called "Indians"--because someone mistook our continent for India when finding it). Yellow? That term is another primary color, found in many flowers and denotes "caution"--and is deemed by a few as an offensive word for "Oriental".
Our whole language is going to be offensive when Noahide Law takes effect. And, if everyone sides with those taking offense (especially those in power), this law will take effect sooner than later. And, trust me--in its strictest form, Noahide Law is even worse than the dreaded Sharia Law that islam imposes. Everything that could connect you to the past or a better place is banned, as is any attempt to find freedom from the enslavement and communism that is coming. Even Russia never had it to this extreme extent--it was bad, but nothing compared to Noahide Law.

Thoughts on Sundays wt about persecution
by nowwhat? inso let me get this straight.
even though law enforcement has their hands full with illegal drugs and guns on the street, child traffickers, dangerous gangs and such.
they are going to now pool all their resources to confiscate bibles and religious literature?!

And what are the chances of them taking away the source of their energy to enslave the whole earth and make it suitable for reptilians to move in and evict humanity or use it for its own purposes? That bible is the source of all this, and there is no way they are going to remove it. If they did, I believe the removal of the bibles would be the least of our worries--along with the bibles, they will take away our private property. No more cars. No more private homes. There goes your silver and gold, and whatever wealth you might have in any form. And no more pets, either. You will simply work 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the worst drudgery imaginable, under Noahide Law and with no time for any type of recreation.
If they were to just take away our bibles (torahs and qurans, also), it would remove the source of this energy. (Assuming it is not already too late--the way I am seeing things happen, I believe it is). Once bibles are gone, people can focus on actual science instead of this fake garbage that is nothing more than a network of lies designed to prevent us from advancing. Let humanity advance without that bible, and the other problems take care of themselves. People would find that drugs actually hold them back instead of helping them--there goes the drug problem. Along with who knows how many other curses that are directly contained within that bible--including most racial tension (which is obvious when you read Genesis chapters 6-10).
I can live without bibles. But the reptilians that rule our planet cannot. Hence, banning bibles and the jokehovian witless (and other xian religions) is going to hurt them a lot more than it's going to hurt me. And, as with a major drug addiction, pulling out the religion out from under their feet is going to hurt those with much invested in it for a short time. Once they break free, however, it is going to benefit them (and everyone else). Those who simply will not break free from that religious cancer would be segregated so they cannot spread it back or try and force everyone else back into their cancer, or commit suicide. And the reptilians would lose their source of energy. Is this what they want? I don't think so.

Question from yesterdays persecution article...
by JW_Rogue inwhat are you resolved to do if under ban?.
i wonder how many people were thinking about how that would be a great excuse to leave!
finally, a good out, you were just too afraid of the persecution.
-
WTWizard
Is there a good reason for persecution? While I am totally against communism and all its nonsense, I am also against its "slip road" programs of christianity and islam. Having one global religion that goes against the natural laws is what the UN is putting together, and once we end up under Noahide Law, we are going to find out the hard way that christianity, judaism, and islam are all no good. Hence, if the reason for the ban is that it is leading to full communism or Noahide Law and they are trying to throttle its implementation, or because it is a scam, it is best to simply abide by it and get rid of those bibles, qurans, torahs, and any littera-trash from such.
On the other hand, if it is a product of communism, it is best to move out if possible regardless of the washtowel doing its working to enhance hardships for people, with the goal of speeding up Noahide Law's final implementation. Not just for the washtowel ban, but because everything else is also going to be banned. In communism, religions that compete with the official one are banned, under torture threat. In addition, ownership of private property is also banned, and all freedom of communication is cut off. You become nothing more than a slave. The washtowel ban is the least of your worries, and will not matter if you are forced to live under strict Noahide Law (which is actually even worse than any xian cults we have today, in its strictest form).

Needless rules
by road to nowhere inmay have been noted already.
i didnt find the comments on this wt looking back.
it struck me funny they would comment on anyone making rules; if anyone knows how to make rules it is wt.
-
WTWizard
I favor one big rule: No following bibles, torahs, or qurans. Those pieces of literary trash are intended to enslave the whole world, and if followed, provide energy for joke-hova to evict the whole human race and put its reptilians on our earth. Noahide Law is coming soon enough as it is, without having people making big donations of both energy and money to further this eviction process.

Psychological Changes in the Vocabulary of the WTS
by blondie inpsychological changes in the vocabulary of the wts.
i have been reading the publications of the wts since i was 6, 60 years now.
we were too poor to have more than one subscription for each magazine so i had to wait until my mother had read it (she let them pile up).

Sacrificing personal safety just for this global enslavement work? Sounds like another working to increase hardships. First they ballyhoo those who endure hardships to help joke-hova to enslave the whole earth. And now they are shaming those who try to reduce the impact of such hardships, whether by moving where persecution is less or holding onto a decent job. All to put energy into global enslavement, so the reptilians can move onto our planet sooner (they have more than plenty already, as is).
Unnecessary rules? What about one rule that is to stop people from putting even more energy into this global enslavement program? Do not abide by that stupid bible at all. This means no attending boasting sessions, no more forgiving everyone without a basis for it (and this applies to those who intentionally do things to ruin your life, not just those who do something stupid), no more preaching that book, no more making sacrifices to that evil god that wants to cut us off from all spirituality, no more nothing. We are in for Noahide Law soon enough as is. Why feed it even more? Makes as much sense as stepping on the gas to try and stop, instead of the brakes.

Reinstatement/dating
by Pinky ina month ago i was reinstated as a jehovah’s witness.
he was not disfellowshipped.
in my meeting i was told that i could not become involved with the man that i committed a sin with, which is adultery once i’m reinstated.

Adultery? Why? It is not adultery if you are divorced, and the other party is also single or divorced. I would simply go ahead, and if the hounders give you a hard time, you should stop going to boasting sessions, doing any field circus, or donating anything to joke-hova. Either they leave you alone about this, or they won't get anything at all.
And, now might be a good time for you to start learning a foreign language that is hard for the hounders to find anyone that understands. That way, you can use that language in any hearing to gather information, so they are not getting any.
