Ran into some JW's.......but this time I did the teaching ;) x

so i went out today with my broken leg and got accosted by an old lady, with some magazines.. it was my first ever encounter with a jw in ten years, and i had said 'i know you are jw's, i'm not interested thank you.

" twice.....then she started talking about my broken leg and how wonderful we are made and how amazing the healing process is.... and that's when it all started...."i used to be a bethelite pioneer, now i'm an atheist doctor...".

she was with me a good 30 mins, her elder husband left very annoyed but she stayed, and she was dying to hear everything i spurted out, despite aggressively defending every point, from military engines to paedophilia.

SNARE & RACKET- I'm proud of you man, you did a fantastic job ! Very well done ! Indeed you gave that older JW lady something to think about. I have found in talking to JW's that the women are MUCH more open to being reasoned with than their elder husbands. I had a similar experience a few months ago talking to JW cart people. The elder was so pissed off that he cussed at me , used the word " shit " and threw my child abuse news printouts away.

You did a good deed my friend. Access to information is important- and you provided it for her, good job. Her husband can go sit on his thumb and rotate, don't worry about him, he's a dolt. am3rd life story is in may 15th 2015 study wt.. after reading, he sounds very mental unstable.

i know you guys will be saying "yeah, obviously he is"...but we don't have any concrete evidence saying he has a mental condition.. has anyone ever dug a little deeper, perhaps try to find some people who would have known him from the army?

i mean, he probably doesn't know that many people, he was only serving for a year for christs sake.

Anthony Morris is a big ass egotist to the hilt to be making statements that his children make him and his wife look good. To many JW men in authority positions- it's all about appearance. In fact- to most members who are JW's - it's all about appearance. What your ranking is, how your " standing " in the congregation is. How are you " advancing " ? Not " advancing " in the fruitages of the spirit or " Christian " qualities- but how are you " advancing " or moving up in the organization . Are you a pioneer yet ? Work on it, it's not enough. Are you an elder ? Are you a ministerial servant ? Everyone is judged based on how much they are putting out for the WT organization- not how humble, meek, or kind they are. That's why bastards like Tony Morris excel in that environment

my wife and i have recently gotten hooked on the history channel's series, vikings.

(my wife is full blooded norwegian....).

to be honest, the show is quite graphic in spots, but certainly no more so than a history book i own of the same time period.. anyhow, we made the mistake of mentioning the show if front of jw's last night and they were all thoroughly shocked that we watch it.. i tried pointing out that big chunks of the ot are not materially different and that even the confrontation between david and goliath would get an 'r' rating if it were visually portrayed in any detail at all.

If they were to make a movie about the modern day WT Society and the organization it would include the murder of men, women, and children for not taking life saving blood transfusions on the orders of WT leaders, the toleration and hiding of felony child abuse on the orders of WT leaders, Malawi citizens being massacred for not signing a political party card on the orders of WT leaders, yet Mexico JW men being allowed to serve in the military service without WT leaders batting an eye on their orders, JW families being instructed to shun any family members or friends who disagree with the WT organization and called " mentally diseased " - all on the WT leaders orders.

Like Scenic Viewer hitting the nail on the head said, " I believe their shock comes from having a superior attitude. Witnesses will find fault with anything, even when they are guilty of the same things themselves. " Exactly. No truer words have ever been spoken

What are you up to this summer?

i really enjoy hearing about other people's lives.

feeling a little lonely this evening so please tell me if you have plans for the summer months.

i may go to some outdoor theatre with my daughter who's home from uni; with a picnic and a bottle of wine.

XANTHIPPE- Sorry to hear that you felt lonely the other night. I think many of us go through those feelings sometimes. I wish you lived out closer to California and could come to the July 10th to 12th apostafest ! On The Way Out is right- it will be a blast and lots of fun catching up with old friends on the board and newer friends we haven't even met yet ! Lots of great food, BBQing, drinking, swimming, playing music, hiking- just a really chill environment with laid back non-judgmental relaxed people. Wish you could come. I know you'll be with us in spirit.

Later this summer or in the fall I hope to go on a hiking trip with my son searching for Bigfoot or Sasquatch in the remote Sierra mountains. We'll see how our schedules mesh. Take care, Peace out, Mr. Flipper

the children of one of yesterday's shooting have told the media that they have already forgiven the killer for what he did.. dylaan roof has not apologised for what he did.

he hates black people and probably regrets not killing even more.. what does it really mean to forgive?.

if the legal system asked the victims relatives what they want done next would they ask for dylaan to go free and unpunished?.

BALLISTIC- Mankind does NOT have " inherent weaknesses " unless you believe the fictitious " Adam & Eve " stories . I did not say that you are calling everyone a " racist ". What I am saying is religions in general trying to " accept " the weaknesses of the human mind- then turn around and make excuses or justify crazy, murderous actions of psycho's like we just saw in South Carolina. It's like, " oh well, it's just sin and imperfection that caused him to do it. " That is SO JW thinking which is too simplistic and puts a bandaid on the reasons- but does not explain it fully as to the REAL reasons psychos do things like this. It's a patronizing copout to give religionists PRETEND reasons for mass murders. When in actuality it's the environment the young man was raised in, it's the information he glutted his brain with, and the company of people he connected minds with on the Internet

i am sure that the many recent lawsuits are being noticed by the r&f.. here are some gems from that article, titled the naive person believes every word.

This kind of mind fucki%g that the WT Society is doing towards it's JW members is more dangerous than any of us probably really realize. I mean- think about it. Jim Jones, David Koresh, Adolf Hitler , Charles Manson - essentially ALL of them cult leaders used this kind of misinformation and thought control to disengage any critical thinking ability within their followers and to gain the " trust " of their followers to look at ANY outside information or outsiders as threatening to their cause . They used the " Stockholm Syndrome " to the hilt- extremely so.

Read this quote again from the October article in the opening thread, " And what should you do if you find slanderous news about Jehovah's organization on the Internet ? Such material should be firmly rejected....... " . Translation : Anything you find on the Internet speaking negatively towards the WT organization are all lies and should be firmly rejected. So WT leaders are CONDITIONING JW's to believe that ANYTHING on the Internet against the WT Society is to be dismissed. Even CRIMINAL ACCUSATIONS. So WT Society is amping up it's efforts to make JW's complicit with them in their views on criminal child abuse policies, no blood transfusions, whereby if articles come out condemning WT Society for crimes - the Stockholm Syndrome will be in full effect on rank & file JW's brains making them sympathizing with the WT Society's criminality. That is scary shit.

Also analyze THIS quote, " Above all, love refuses to believe malevolent insinuations about Jehovah's organization or lies about our brothers that are circulated by people who are slaves to " the father of the lie ", Satan the Devil. " Translation : You as Jehovah's people need to show your " love " for the GB and WT leaders and not believe even criminal accusations or ANY negative news as all sources being negative against the WT Society are inspired by Satan the Devil. It couldn't POSSIBLY be true ! So once again- this is a total THOUGHT STOPPING process by the GB and WT leaders to control JW's brains to not even SUSPECT that the WT Society would be doing anything criminal or unethical. And once again the Stockholm Syndrome takes over where rank & file JW's identify with their captors WT leaders and turn off their minds and hand them over on a silver platter to the GB and WT leaders. Very scary stuff .

Now all WT leaders will need to do is tell JW's to jump off a cliff for Jehovah- and they won't think twice about it. If any of us have JW relatives still in I feel sorry for us- especially if our relatives are still fanatics in the JW cult. WT leaders are playing hardball here folks- responding to the child abuse heat, blood transfusion media heat, and the general Internet heat exposing WT organization corruption. This means , in my opinion, we need to amp up our efforts. The ploy by WT officials is to get us to back down psychologically in our efforts at exposing them due to fear of how WE will be perceived. Do you see the insidiousness of this WT article ? F em' - we need to keep exposing the WT Society for the crotch itch that it is
