I have the same nervous feelings Lonelysheep, somebody gave me a great bit of advice once - just imagine that they are all dead. Or naked. Whichever you prefer. I preferred the dead scenario. Also, I try to devote a few minutes beforehand to just looking at myself in the mirror and laughing at myself hysterically.

Although I fall short often, I try to make a concerted effort not to judge anybody because of what they decide to do these days. I guess the real extreme elements of society, like child abusers and terrorists, are exempt from that rule and I judge them freely, but I really couldn't care less about sexual orientation now. Religion, race and sex are just ways that they try to create divisions amongst us, and when we are divided we are easily manipulated. We are all one.

Sherry, I agree. It almost doesn't matter when the kid missing is from a poor family. I was looking at a missing kids website and some kids that I have never even heard mentioned have been missing since the 70's. Just imagine how bad their parents feel, it made me feel so awful I had to occupy myself doing something else.
