Or, is it rude and antisocial for people to pray for you to their (disbelieved by you) God in defiance of your wishes?
The reason I ask is this. It really pisses me off when people tell me they are going to pray for me. It is an outright invalidation of my express wishes. That simply seems rude to me.
What's your view?

As Thomas Jefferson said about another subject "It neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket". If all they want to do is pray it seems harmless enough.

There is a hypotheses (Note: not a theory) that the Sun has a companion star dubbed Nemesis that would perturb the Oort cloud every several tens of millions of years sending comets into the inner solar system causing the mass extinctions. No evidence has ever been found to support the hypotheses yet.

I can't view youtube at work, but I remember watching the cartoon Exo Squad as a kid, and planet X was where the space pirates' secret base was.

I doubt there's any real planet x, the only things they've found lately are some Kuiper belt objects about the size of Pluto.

Singing at the Meetings is so mindless...

as an adult, i rarely if ever sing anymore because i think it is a joke.

I remember the pink book not being so bad, and there used to be someone that played the piano. Later with the new yellowish goldish tanish book it was dull, all the new songs were terrible.

Thinking back, I agree some of the lyrics were crazy. "Fear not those who kill the body, but cannot destroy the soul. Faithful to the end continue..." O_o

suffice it to say, i was born into "the truth," attempted suicide at 14, "lost my faith" at this time, beat into submission into carrying on as usual, endured a horrible marriage and equally horrible divorce, and am more or less still in it (appearances only!
